This was by far the nicest vacation rental property we have ever booked! The house and property were immaculate, clean and inviting. The docks on the lake were so nice. Everything about this place was perfect!

Shawna was most helpful and instructive! Simple to access the property, tons of room for our group’s trailers, everything in place on arrival. A magnificent retreat cottage, plenty of space for three couples, a generous kitchen for meal prep, and a ballroom sized living space for relaxing at day’s end. The whole package!

Relaxing peaceful getaway

The property was well equipped very clean and spacious. Very peaceful sitting by the lake and relaxing for reading a book. Good fishing and nice to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. My family is looking forward to renting it again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was perfect. The host is amazing and the communication with her was excellent. The house is so beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The view is spectacular. Very quiet area. We are strongly recommending this rental property. We look forward to renting this beautiful house again in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer week away from it all! It’s a beautiful, well-taken care of house ready for guests on a gorgeous lakeside lot. We enjoyed the lake – made some attempts at fishing from the dock, did lots of swimming, paddling/kayaking, and equal portions of just taking it easy most days, but we also ventured to North Bay for the mid-day boat cruise and some exploring which was fun. Thanks for making your family’s home available, Shawna.

Amazing house on Lake Nipissing

A great escape for a week at a very clean, modern, and spacious house right on the shore of Lake Nipissing in a small cove. While we were there in between seasons, we could still walk the nearby snowmobile trails and see the floating dock getting ready for the summer. While both the living room and deck are large enough for a crowd, and the kitchen is perfect to cook for large gatherings, there really isn't enough private room to sleep a large number of people, but that made it perfect for me and my family. I can see hosting people there during the day then waving goodbye at night and relaxing without the bustle of extra people in the house.
