Modern comfortable cottage with 18 foot boat/ 20 HP motor included in rent amount. Bring your boating license or arrange a temporary rental boat license with hosts. Cottage faces South West with full deck/table chairs and private dock off deck.

The space
Privacy on Fraser Island A Located 3 minutes off shore from Wades Landing Marina. Free Private parking and dock at landing for vehicle and private docking.

350 km from Toronto. Hwy 400 North to Hwy 11 towards North Bay then turn at Clark Street at Powassan onto Hwy 534, turn right on Hwy 654 and left on Lake Nipissing Road. Meet owner at Wades Landing for parking and boat which is included in rental for the week. Ramp available there FREE launching of own boat steps away from private parking and storage of your boat trailer at location.
Guest access
Paddle boat, canoe, boat/motor for commuting to mainland or fishing on main lake. INCLUDED- Boat motor rental, plus safety equipment runs 175.00 a day at Marina but FREE in daily rent.
Gas full when you arrive, we ask to fill up gasoline replacing what is used. Insurance by owners included with boat/motor. Honour system for damaged props etc. Rarely an issue.

Other things to note
We include a full tank of gas/oil when you receive boat and motor and ask for it to be left that way upon departure. Otherwise it’s topped up by owner before checkout and gas amount can be paid then.
Fish Bay Marina across the bay sells gas. Bowmans Baits on Lake Nipissing Road .5 KM's from Wades Landing.
