Completely renovated like new spacious home with 3 levels of living space for large or extended families that sleeps 12 on a private dead end street that is quiet and relaxing with private association beach (New Silver Beach) only 3/10th of a mile walk (6 minutes on average) with tennis court, basketball, playground, and a small, quaint harbor area. This magical place called New Silver Beach is a step back in time where kids play freely and ride their bikes or walk to the beach - during high summer season the beach has lifeguards, movies are shown on Sunday nights, Illumination Night, Tennis lessons, Boot camp, Adult Socials, Dodgeball tournament and families return to this area year after year. We have 5 bedrooms with a first floor Master Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath with tub and shower and walk in closet - on the second floor we have a Queen size bedroom with private en suite bathroom with shower, another Queen size bedroom and bonus room with 4 twin beds - with a full bathroom off the shared second floor hallway - there is central air for all of the first and second floor bedrooms - a newly renovated basement with another complete floor of living space perfect for large or extended families including couches, TV, sitting area, farm table, pool table, full bathroom and bedroom complete with a double bed and twin bed - with walk out sliding doors to a side brick patio with fire pit and seating. A total of 12 guests can sleep comfortably in beds - Two bedrooms also have a ceiling fan along with the central air. A brand new, stainless, gourmet, well-equipped, bright, sunny kitchen complete with new appliances, white quartz counters, island and breakfast bar that seats 6 along with a gorgeous farm table that seats 10. A comfortable family room with a TV and tranquil living room give ample space for everyone in the party to find their own space to relax. A total of 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 guest bath on the first floor as well as an outdoor shower. Wifi (Wifi available during high summer season usually April to November ) and cable are included. A deck off the kitchen sliders with adirondack chairs, picnic table and a gas grill complete the space. A brick patio is off the side of house. A laundry room is also on the first floor and 2 car garage to store your bikes. An outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach and a brick patio area with fire pit for your s'mores. Falmouth's famous Old Silver Beach is only 2 miles away and is the top rated beach in all of Falmouth. This town has over 10 public beaches and can be accessed with a parking pass bought with lease (only needed for high summer season until Labor Day) through the town of Falmouth. Families typically play at the beach, bike, golf, sail, enjoy Falmouth's Main Street activities by exploring unique shops and trying the delicious restaurants. The Shining Sea Bike Path is gorgeous as an 11 mile trip one-way ride to scenic Woods Hole. Day trips to beautiful Martha's Vineyard Island are available on the Island Queen Ferry and Steamship Authority, both located in Falmouth. A visit to charming Woods Hole and aquarium, a part of Falmouth is a must. Mashpee Commons is close by with fabulous shopping and great restaurants. Attractions nearby include wine tastings and a brewery in Mashpee as well as Pompaneset Village in Mashpee. Cape Cod offers many great towns for some spectacular day trips!

This house is amazing! We went for a weekend wedding and it was beyond our expectations! We had both set's of our parents stay - several children (adults). Plenty of room, the house was super clean, the parking was perfect! We could not have asked for a better property. So much room, and the fire pit and pool table added value!!

Wow! What an amazing stay we had at the Fahy's!! We rented the house for the Cape Cod Marathon weekend where all of us (8) participated in different events.The house is clean, fully equipped, amazing kitchen with high quality appliances and utensils and well located. We rent often and this was truly the best experience we've had. I strongly recommend staying at the Fahy's.

We were a party of 5 high school/college friends who pick a new destination every year. This rental was PERFECT for us. Amazing Family Gathering

We couldn't have picked a better play to stay for our family gathering. This home is beautiful and spacious - plenty of levels and areas to gather in small and large clusters for visiting, and spaces to get away on your own if you need a break from everyone ;) It's a just a short walk to the beach which was breathtakenly beautiful in December! Communication with the owners was seemless. Definitely a place to go back to again.

We had a wonderful Family Christmas. The house is exactly as described. We were all impressed in how well the Kitchen was stocked. The Kitchen is where we all spent most of our time. Sean and Janice are wonderful hosts. I would recommend you book this if looking for a family vacation especially in the summer.

Perfect spot for a family occasion

Janice was such an unbelievable host and her property can’t be topped. We had 11 people (3 of which were kids) at the house for a family trip and it was perfect. The proximity to the beach, the house amenities, the size of the yard, everything was fantastic. As a host, Janice was always immediate to respond to questions and went above and beyond to get a technician out ASAP when we needed the AC fixed. This spot really cannot be topped.

Wow! What a wonderful stay!

We rented Janice and Sean’s property for a cousins getaway and we’re blown away with how spectacular the house and neighborhood were. Everything was incredibly clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The finished basement was an added bonus. My husband, daughter, and I stayed here with my two cousins and their families (4 kids under age 2) and found the house to be spacious and kid friendly with the basement door. So many memories were made at this house! Just a short walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood was the cherry on top. Janice and Sean were super communicative and accommodating! We hope to stay again!

Perfect House For Family Gathering!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in North Falmouth! Friends and family remarked on how perfect it is for any family event. Our son was getting married at a nearby hotel venue and to stay at this location was so convenient for relaxing and enjoying everyone’s company, in such a beautiful setting. Pictures don’t do the kitchen and dining area justice - everything we could ask for and more! We were able to walk to the beach and swim (in October!). The owner Janice was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The visit was seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful home! Perfect for our three-family getaway!

Janice and Sean's home is amazing and was perfect for our stay on the Cape. Beautifully decorated and plenty spacious for our three families (6 adults, 6 kids ages 2-10). Our kids declared the lower level was "epic" and they never wanted to leave! Everything about the home was lovely and we enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach despite rather chilly November temperatures. We especially loved the large, open kitchen and the variety of comfortable sitting areas. Plenty of food storage space is available and there is a large fridge and freezer. Janice and Sean were great hosts and shared lots of helpful information on what to do in the area and where to find anything we might need. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive to any questions we had. We left talking about how much we can't wait to return!

Great Home And Host

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Falmouth at Janice's spacious and comfortable home during Thanksgiving. The home was beautifully decorated and super clean. Janice and her husband were very responsive and attentive to our needs. This was our first visit to Cape Cod, therefore I had a lot of questions about activities during the off season especially during Thanksgiving. Janice not only answered all my questions, but also gave us lots of suggestions including website links. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine. Although we had to wash our used towels, we were allowed late check-out which was very considerate of Janice. I highly recommend staying at Janice's home. You will be very happy you did.

50 th reunion get together

The hosts were very accommodating. It was perfect for a crowd. Lots of different seating areas for large and small groups to just chat, play games or watch a playoff game. Outside there was a large sunny area to sit in a circle and have cocktails. The kitchen was amazing!!! It had everything you needed for servicing a large crowd. Very comfortable beds and furniture and 4 ample clean bathrooms for 11 women. The house is at the end of a street so it was very quiet and private. The beach ( as described) in write up was an easy 6 minute walk in a nice neighborhood. The location is close to a lighthouse, botanical garden, and downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Although we were all adults, the house would be perfect for multi-age groups. It has a huge finished basement that would be a great spot for kids to hang out and adults on the main level. Can’t say enough about the place and accommodating hosts.

Excellent property but should reconsider checkout policy

The house was wonderful, in a great quiet location. We wanted for nothing. All was tastefully decorated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. The one drawback was the checkout process. We were surprised to find that they require that you wash, dry, fold and put away all towels along with handwashing all dishes and return them to cabinets before checkout. We had a planned early getaway but with 8 guys showering beforehand then spending approx 1-1/2 hours doing laundry we got a later start than intended. At all other rentals thru VRBO, after cleaning we leave the towels on the floor and start the dishwasher as we are leaving the unit. I believe that these owners should reconsider what I think is their unreasonable requirement.

Weekend Getaway

The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations based on the photos. The hosts were great, very accommodating and communicative. The house was equipped with every last amenity you could imagine, and all of our guests were very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to make it back to stay again. Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for an extended weekend for a family of 8 ages 3-72. There was plenty of space to gather together in the open living/kitchen/dining space. The basement rec room was a great bonus as it offered play space for the kids. The house is very clean and well stocked with plates, glasses, kitchen ware, etc. The location is ideal—it was a short drive to a local market, a quick walk to the beach/playground. I was most impressed with Janice’s response time, every time I had a question, she was quick to reply and always super helpful!

Great Xmas getaway

My family and I rent a house for Xmas every year so we can all gather under one roof and this property was wonderful! Janice was so friendly And helpful and everything was beautiful And extremely Comfortable . Listing describes the house perfectly. The kitchen has beautiful platters dishes and everything you could possibly need for all meals . We had a fabulous time! Great basement with a pool Table that everyone enjoyed and the couches were soooo comfortable. We enjoyed it all. Thank you !

Spacious and welcoming home away from home

This property is very spacious and welcoming. Our family of 7 adults and three children could relax together or spread out for some quiet time. It is not always easy to please this group but everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their stay! The location is very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and beaches. The hosts, Janice and Sean are considerate and very responsive. Janice went out of her way to help us find a location for a for a special luncheon. We would love to visit again!

As stated earlier this house is special as you can walk to the New Silver Association Beach, tennis court, basketball, harbor and playground but you can also explore all of Falmouth and have great access to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket by ferry as well as visit all parts of the Cape by car. This home is close to many of the beautiful wedding venues available on Cape Cod. We are approximately 2 miles from the famous Sea Crest Resort in Falmouth.
