About this property

Traditional Algarve home with private pool, air con & solar, near Praia Marinha

Come stay at our charming and traditional 3 bedroom, Algarve home, offering private gardens, heated swimming pool, rustic land, barbecue, air conditioning, fiber optic wifi and solar sustainability.

This house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room with new 2 sofas, covered and uncovered terraces, private heated pool and a beautiful garden with lawns, flowers, fruit trees, private parking, views of both the countryside and the sea. We have also recently invested in solar array and battery to increase our sustainability and heat the pool!

Our home is ideal for families with children, we provide a crib, changing table and high chair. There is even a calico (outdoor) cat who has adopted Casa Dos Aloes and its guests.

Very central region in the Algarve and only 7 minutes’ drive to the most famous beaches of the Algarve: Praia Marinha and Praia Benagil. Also very close to the beaches of Cova Redonda, Praia da Rocha, Praia Albandeira and soooo many more! It is about 12 km from Portimão, 15 km from Albufeira and 50 km from Faro Airport.

Casa Dos Aloes is a place with lots of light, sun and peace! To truly disconnect from your daily stress, we ask for a minimum rental of 6 nights.

Lovely house with everything you need

We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. There where lots of pillows and blankets. They even had brand new yoga mats, a coolbox or beach umbrellas just to name a few things... It's the little details that matters. We instantly felt "at home" during our 2 week stay.

We have just returned home after 10 days in this fantastic villa and we're already ready to go back! The inside is decorated charmingly and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. But its outside that the villa comes into its own. Fabulous pool which the children hardly left, comfortable sun loungers and some much needed shade provided by an umbrella. Fantastic outdoor kitchen for BBQ's and a cosy seating area for evening card games and relaxing in the shade. Car is a must to explore nearby beaches and towns. Wide variety of supermarkets an 8 mins drive away. We'll be back!

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit liebevollen Details

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa dos Aloes verbracht. Alle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen und das Haus war super ausgestattet und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Das war wirklich super, denn wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist, muss man auch mal zu Hause entspannen können. So war es eine perfekte Mischung aus Erkunden und einfach mal am Pool chillen, den man ganz für sich alleine hat. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich auch wirklich gut und sind immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, sogar Waschpulver stand schon für uns bereit und der Grill wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Viel besser als jeder Hotelurlaub

"Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem gepflegten Haus mit großem Pool an der Algarve"

Basierend auf meiner Erfahrung kann ich das Haus, das wir an der Algarve gemietet haben, uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und der große Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Der Check-in-Vorgang verlief reibungslos und die Agentur stand während des gesamten Aufenthalts in Kontakt mit uns, was für eine angenehme und sorgenfreie Kommunikation sorgte. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten – und sogar noch mehr. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass Luftmatratzen und Spielzeug für unseren Sohn bereitstanden. Es gab einen Grill, den wir ausgiebig nutzen konnten, und wir durften sogar die Früchte von den Bäumen im Garten ernten. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine war ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!

A lovely stay

This was a gorgeous home, lots of space and privacy. All amenities were new, clean and modern. Convenient location, close to the major roads and in between a number of beaches. Only comment would be about check in -a more accurate location/address would have been better as it was hard to find. But we could always get a hold of someone when and if needed. We ended our month long travel around Portugal at Fatima’s and it was a great way to end our time in this gorgeous and welcoming country.

We love the country setting! At Dos Aloes you can be near (enough) to Carvoeiro but also only a few minutes’ drive to some of the most famous beaches of the Algarve: Praia Marinha, Praia Benagil, Cova Redonda, Praia da Rocha, Albandeira, there are just so many to explore!

What makes this property unique

We love how unique Casa Dos Aloes is! While there are hundreds of villas available across the Algarve, Dos Aloes is a more traditional country home built before 1951 with very thick walls to keep out the hot sun and retain heat from the recently refurbished fireplace during the winter.

The property maximizes outdoor living with a large shaded terrace, outdoor kitchen and dinning area.

Set on a large plot of land, the heated pool is a good distance away from the house and powered by a huge solar array hidden just below your line of sight on our rustic land plot adjoining the property.
