The owner was very responsive. The house was good for what we needed room for 6 couples. It was a little dated but we still had a blast. Less than 10 minutes from the strip!

Highly recommend this villa. We had 14 people for our wedding and this place was very spacious. Everyone enjoyed it. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms located throughout the villa. If I ever needed to rent another villa I would definitely rent this one again.

Overall our stay was amazing! Very family friendly. Kitchen could use a few more serving essentials for a large group. Bedrooms are very spacious, mattresses and carpets are very worn but livable. The house is amazing but not as pristine as the photos. Host was very responsive and accommodating! With all that said I’d stay again!

Very responsive

This property is great for large groups. We had 6 couplings of moms and daughters for 8 days. It was so nice to have large spaces for community gatherings and yet everyone could retreat to their own space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. For any hiccup we had, management was very responsive with communication and action. Easy highway access to airport/strip and Vegas highlights. It was also nice to have gated access for extra security with so many young women. 2 fridges was awesome, and having light stock of spices, dish soap, even a bit of coffee was very appreciated.

The home was beautiful. We had the cleanliness issue in the beginning, however it was addressed and compensation was agreed upon. It was a great stay for our wedding party and we would absolutely do it again.

Definitely disappointed with the experience

The home certainly accommodates a large group of people, but hopefully you are all familiar with each other as most of the bedroom doors do not close, let alone lock. Our group of 15 arrived with overflowing garbage bins, with boxes and garbage bags piled next to them. The garbage bins were put out for pickup two days into our stay, but the additional garbage outside the bins remained for our entire stay. The home is stock with many things you don't need like: dozens of bottle pourers, broken pool cues, deflated pool toys yet not stocked with amenities you would assume would be available:a wine opener, extra blankets, pillows, towels. We had to request sheets for the pull-out bed as there were none on site.The theater room is nice but does not come with a DVD player or any instructions on how to use the sound system. So watching a major motion picture through the ceiling projector's small speaker was a bust.The carpets in the master are horribly stained. They could easily been concealed with a rug to hide them.Firepit ran out of propane after 3 minutes with no backup propane to swap out.Overall its a quirky property that served its purpose of hosting a large group, but the price paid was not worth the value. With a little deep cleaning and attention to detail the property could be so much better.

Francesca, were sorry you didn’t have a great experience. We checked all bedroom doors and all doors definitely do close and lock, our team made sure to leave extra clean empty trash bins for your check in and took the extra trash out for trash day, we have a pump for any inflatable pool toys. Our house keeping delivered anything you needed asap including extra blankets and pillows you requested as we do for all guests. Unfortunately for the theater we no longer use DVDs as it’s all controlled by the smart controller with our streaming movies, we had all carpet professionally cleaned, and we do keep extra propane there. Again we apologize for any inconvenience during your stay as we strive to maintain at high standards and many of our guests have a positive great experience.
