We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Hill very much! Always had great communication from check in to check out. We even had to request maintenance and they came over same day and took care of the problem. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I felt it was in a good location to the activities that we had planned.

It’s great to hear the communication was excellent from check-in to check-out, and that maintenance came out the same day to take care of the issue.
