Are you looking to get a taste of island living without being amongst the crowds of the high-rises? Then look no further than "Piece of Sunshine"! This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom island home sits in one of Navarre Beach's very few neighborhoods. Just off the main boulevard, this beach house is nestled in the crystal white sands of the center of the island. Less than one mile from the pier, two miles from Gulf Islands National Seashore, and just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access, guests of "Piece of Sunshine" can enjoy the best of what Navarre Beach has to offer while still being able to enjoy the feeling of a quiet beach hideaway. This home features state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, an outdoor kitchen, multiple covered decks, a 3rd story crow's nest, tastefully remodeled bathrooms, and much more! With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in each guest bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa, this house with comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests of Piece of Sunshine also have access to the community pool located at the front of the neighborhood. This vacation rental also comes with 4 bicycles; enjoy cruising along Gulf Boulevard's bike path. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to experience the island lifestyle in one of Navarre Beach's most beautiful homes! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** . **This home requires a Saturday to Saturday stay during Peak Seasons** **Only two vehicles are allowed** **No trailer or boat parking** ***NO PETS ALLOWED***No Exceptions.

The property was exactly as detailed in the photos and description. My favorite part of the house was the back deck and the outdoor kitchen. You have two choices of beaches within walking distance. Everything went smoothly. We had another great beach weekend!

Really enjoyed our week here. We vacation in Navarre every summer and this house was perfect. As others have stated, the outdoor living area is really top notch. Kitchen is well stocked, and the master bedroom upstairs stayed nice and cool all week. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the one provided were too thin. Garage has 4 bikes and plenty of beach toys and some chairs. Great location and easy to get to the beach.

Family summer vacation

We enjoyed the home so much especially the porch & outdoor kitchen! Great amenities with plenty of beach equipment & bikes. We loved the home & Navarre. Would highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family vacation!!

Wonderful Week

Great location short distance from the beach and two houses down from the community pool. Kitchen is well stocked, back deck is a dream, and garage had plenty of beach necessities along with bikes to cruise the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Piece of Sunshine, Perfect Escape to Navarre Beach

Property is very clean, in great condition and so close to walkable beach access. Patio is incredible place to enjoy meals together as a family. Slept 4 adults and 2 children very easily with a pull out couch we didn’t even use with 2 sleeping in each bedroom. The third level observation deck was the best spot to view numerous July 4th fireworks shows! Would definitely pursue staying here again.

Fabulous week

We had an amazing time at this home in Navarre. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was close. The community pool was 3 houses away. The community pier was just around the corner. We spent most of our time setting on the fabulous deck.❤️ We can't wait to go back!

My family loved this place!

Piece of Sunshine was the absolute best place we’ve ever stayed! There was a clean fresh smell as we walked in the door! Everything we could imagine that would be supplied was! The kitchen was soo well stocked with items and was simply spotless! The beds were all comfortable, clean restrooms and the view from the top deck wonderful! I saved the deck for last… our favorite part! What a great place to just relax, eat and visit! Thank you for providing such a well kept sanctuary! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything is just as it shows. The outdoor spaces are amazing and very spacious. Great neighborhood and amenities. Beautiful location for the bay or gulf. Very satisfied and hope to return.

Perfect vacation home close to everything!

Enjoyed our stay here, the house is close to beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The everything is as pictured. You have everything you need for a perfectly vacation with family and friends.
