My family really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy drive to VT to watch the game and visit with our 2 Cadets. The fenced back yard was fabulous for our kids and dogs to play in and the place was clean and well kept. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. The view off the back porch was beautiful and there were tons of deer and other animals. We would definitely love to stay here again.

My guests and I absolutely adored our stay here. The property was very clean, cozy, and we really enjoyed the backyard with the mountain backdrop. The property was very beautiful and quiet. It is close to the highway, Virginia Tech, and the downtown area. The fenced backyard was a plus for our dog. The house is very well kept and would definitely stay there again.

James' cottage was so adorable and awesome! From the rolling hills, to the pond down a trail near the barn, and to the cleaniness and comfort of the home, we had an absolutely amazing stay. We brought out dog with us and she absolutely loved all the open land! This place is definitely a hidden gem and we highly recommend!

The home was cozy, and we enjoyed the view. Loved the backyard fenced in area for our fur baby. We really felt like we were far out in the country, but it was really only 5 minutes to get to restaurants in Christiansburg. We will definitely go back.

The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located not far from I 81. The place is very nicely decorated and furnished with plenty of room including 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, very nice deck, firepit with beautiful views in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again when back in the area.

The accommodations were nice and clean. We enjoyed the privacy. It was so nice and quiet and the mountain view was gorgeous. We even had a double rainbow the first night we were there! Loved it.

Beautiful cozy 2BR home! We enjoyed our time here. It’s 9 mins away from VA Tech, on 93 acres! The rolling hills, scenery, it truly is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for a small family, my dog Coconut loved the fenced in yard and property as much as we did.

Cozy and comfortable spot

The cottage was clean and well-stocked, with spacious bedrooms and a kitchen perfect for cooking family meals. We ate dinner on the deck and roasted marshmallows on the fire pit while our dogs enjoyed watching the deer from the fenced-in yard. Enjoyed our visit and will be back.

We stayed for two nights and traveled back and forth to Va Tech. The drive was quick and easy since the cottage is close to the interstate ramp. The view is nice, very spacious and sleeps six comfortably. The fenced in yard is great for dogs and the fire pit wood and starters were available.
