Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put into wash a load of towels, laundry detergent is furnished. Put sheets and pillow cases by the washer ( not spreads, etc.)
Take trash to the street, clean grill if used.
Do not leave any kind of food, clean frig, no food to be left in the frig. NO shrimp smells.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Free parking for 2 vehicles. NO street parking.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If there is a disturbance and the DI Police are called your vacation will be terminated! NO party's, events

The house was clean and as described. We really enjoyed the ability to back our boat in under the house and the short walk over to the beach. The neighbors were also friendly. Rhonda, the property manager, was helpful and attentive, which allowed us a seamless check in and to extend our stay at the last minute.

Amazing Place!

We had the best time staying here, our family loved this house! Very clean, had everything we needed even down to flash lights and batteries for crab hunting at night. The wagon for the walk to the beach was a plus and beach towels. Will definitely stay here again!! So happy we found this gem!

We recently stayed at this home on Dauphin Island and overall had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, close to several beach access points, and the included parking permit made getting around very convenient (note: the permit doesn’t work at the west end, east end, or middle beach).The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like everything had been thought of from beach chairs and towels to sunblock, bug spray, linens, and even a grill. It was a huge relief to know that if we forgot something, it was likely already there. A special shout-out to Kelly, the cleaning lady we met as we were leaving she does an amazing job keeping the home so clean and welcoming.Things to be aware of; the steps are quite steep, and there’s no elevator or lift, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or those with knee problems. Also, while the front deck has a small view of a marina, there’s no real ocean view from either balcony.I do want to mention that our host, Rhonda, was quite brash in her approach. Before arrival, she called and gave my family a bit of a scare because I hadn’t seen her messages in the VRBO app. It would be helpful if the listing specified that important communication would be coming through the app and that guests need to submit their car’s make, model, and plate number for the parking permit.Despite those minor hiccups, the home itself is fantastic, and the location made for a very enjoyable stay on Dauphin Island.
