Your safety and well-being, and our neighbors’ right to a peaceful and quiet neighborhood is our top priority.

Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.

- No parties or events.
- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Bring activities indoors starting at 10pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Park cars in the driveway.

**Rules for those staying with a dog**

Only well-behaved and fully potty-trained dogs are allowed. The fee is $200.

- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds.
- Pick up waste.
- Keep food and water bowls on the tile floor (by the back door), not on the hardwood floors.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the backyard.

If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed (e.g., waste was not picked up), an additional fee will be charged.
