Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Esther M from Bellville TxWe stayed at Saved by the Shell July 17-23This property is very lovely, well decorated and maintained. Very close to the beach...quick walk or golf cart ride and nice beach view. It’s a very busy beach area so suggest getting your special spot early. My only suggestions are the following: capacity is for 12 but the seating in the common living area is not able to accommodate that comfortably unless half of the guests sit on the floor or at the dining table...not ideal but will work. Also there are no options for just basic local TV channels to view and would have be very helpful as there was a tropical depression in the Gulf heading towards Texas. Basically had to sign in to whatever TV apps one personally had to watch things other than what was on live TV. The guys wanted to watch the FIFA Cup championship game and could not get it...we all know how they are about their sports!!!Overall great home to spend your vacation at and we Thank the owners for sharing the home with us to make more wonderful memories!!

Great stay in Crystal Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cabin. Rooms were spacious with many amenities. The master suite has a private balcony. Everything was new and in good shape. The outside deck chairs were in great shape. The bar area with the TV downstairs was awesome. We also enjoyed the fact that the downstairs was fenced in for the dogs.We do have several suggestions :Upstairs bedroom- the bed should be on the opposite wall of the tv. The fenced area downstairs should have a wide enough gate to allow vehicles to park under the cabin. We brought a jeep. We had the top off the whole time. To avoid the rain, it would be valuable to park under cover. Thank you for providing the cargo lift. That definitely made arrival and departure so much easier.Thanks for the say. We would fo it again !!

The home was perfect for our stay. Beautiful place, great view from the primary bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens. Great location and pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
