Great location BUT.....

The unit needs to be updated and was not appropriately cleaned before our stay. The carpeting had large stains and sofa was uninviting.

Not up to standards

This could definitely be a nice place but I feel the maintenance and cleaning staff need a big overhaul. Upon arrival the overhead kitchen light cover was broken and propped up against the wall, the towel rack in bathroom broken and under the sink, the tv and remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms, the sliding glass door didn’t lock( allowing anyone to enter),the clothing dryer smelled horrible and had water sitting in it which meant not working, the comforters were thrown on the floor in a heap and the cleaning left a lot to be desired! I think the owners have no idea about the services they are paying for, as I am sure they wouldn’t have it be like this. Carpets were very dirty and so was the sofa! Definitely needs a good proper cleaning. I have been in the cleaning industry for 30 years and this is not what you pay for!

Beautiful location, but left something to be desired

We were very excited about our weekend away, with a condo right on the water. When we first entered the property, it was hot. We adjusted the temperature to no avail and then realized that almost every vent in the unit was closed. After climbing up to open them things cooled off a bit. The master bedroom was very spacious, but no air circulation. We tried the ceiling fan, but two of the blades flew off as the fan was turned on...I think it's time for a new fan. The TV in the living room kept coming on, which was ok as long as the cable box was off. If you forgot to turn off the cable box you were awakened in the middle of the night by a blaring tv. Condo was extremely spacious, and we loved the evening on the back deck, but overall not sure I would give up the convenience of a local hotel to rent this again.
