Island Sol ofrece 1200 pies cuadrados de muebles nuevos con temática de playa con un toque moderno y fresco. Este brillante y alegre plano de planta abierto es perfecto para que todos se reúnan en la cocina / comedor / sala de estar o se pongan de pie para relajarse en el porche para leer su libro favorito.
El salón ofrece un bar, una televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana, DVR, WiFi y cable.
 
2 dormitorios, 2 baños con un sofá cama Queen Capri actualizado en la sala de estar para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados es amplio y luminoso con una cama Queen y TV de pantalla plana. El baño de visitas tiene una bañera / ducha con mampara de vidrio, toallas y ropa de cama. Armario de lavandería incluye una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo.

La cocina está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y utensilios nuevos de primera clase. Esto incluye un juego completo de vajilla temática de playa para disfrutar de una comida en la mesa del comedor o llevar la vajilla sin vidrio a la piscina y al lanai para tener una experiencia gastronómica relajante al aire libre. Wow! This house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. It is well laid out, with beautiful and thoughtful decorating. The kitchen has all manner of utentils, is large and energetic with its vibrant wall coloring, and touches of that color are repeated everywhere. A tea kettle would be appreciated. Unlike the usual rental house with mostly bare walls, there is tasteful art in abundance and the beach theme is predominant. Nice pool area off master bedroom. Pillows and bedspreads are gorgeous. In keeping with the rest of the high quality furnishings, an investment in nicer sheets would be welcome and brigher LED light bulbs in lamps would brighten things at night. But overall, one of the best houses we have rented, and that includes properties around the world. We truly enjoyed staying here!

This property is amazing. It is absolutely the best rental we have ever reserved. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful, and pool is just right. There is no detail that is missing. We are so thankful that the owners rebuilt after Ian and kept the originality with making every detail even more stunning. Found some great shells also.

Excellent for the price point

The house was absolutely beautiful and the beach themed decorations were a cute touch. Having the covered private pool was nice when we were tired of the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but you can cut through the beach resort to get to a nice section of the beach. The only down side was the dishes and utensils at the house weren’t the nicest and we had to clean them before we could use. The grill was pretty disgusting but apart from that. I would rate the house a 4/5 stars.

Wonderful house and location!

We loved our stay here! This was our first time on Sanibel and the location was perfect! The walk to the beach was short and easy for us (family of 4 with 2 kids ages 8 & 10). The pool area was great and the house was spacious. The house was cleaned better than any others we've stayed in on other trips. We had a great vacation on Sanibel and would definitely recommend this home!

Awesome place for a family beach vacation!!

The house was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures! The private pool was great and we used it every single day for a week. The beach was a close enough walk away that even our teenager didn't complain about the walk. Even though there was a motel right next door that always had people around, the entire property felt like our own private tropical island because of the amazing lush landscaping that created a great sense of privacy. Everything in the house was clean and in good working order. The shed full of beach gear was well organized and full of all of the beach gear we needed for the week.... We didn't have to buy anything! It's the best set of equipment I've ever seen in a VRBO unit and it was so well organized that we didn't have to dig through a huge pile of junk to find what we needed. This is clearly a well-loved and well-maintained house. We almost never stay in the same place twice because we like seeing different towns and different parts of the towns we do return to, but it would be tough to pass this place up the next time we go to Sanibel! I never needed to call the owner for any repairs or other issues with the property, but the one time I did try to call (to see about extending our stay) the call went to voicemail and I got a message saying that the mailbox was full and couldn't accept any messages. That was on a Sunday morning though, so I don't see any major problem with it. I'm sure we could have reached someone through the emergency contact info if it had been urgent, but it wasn't.

Amazing vacation spot

Beach house dream

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and we have already book our next trip. The house is clean well prepared for guest. I noticed the owner replaced the pool pump and heater (which sounded like they were ready to go during our last visit). I share that as we appreciate owners that maintain their property!

Perfect getaway

This property lived up to all its pictures and was perfect stay for my husband and myself. Very private back yard and cutest house ever. Location was great to access beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay next year!

Best Place to Rent in Sanibel

This was by far the BEST place we have ever rented on the island. The house was wonderful, plenty of amenities, and conveniently close to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and we have rented many different places throughout the years on the island. We hope to return next year and stay again!

Another great stay

We recently returned from a two week stay at Island Sanibel Sol. This was our second time renting this house. It is phenomenal. It is approximately 500 steps to the beach access. The backyard is private and extremely beautiful. The owners have provided everything needed for eating in as well beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, toys for the pool, etc. It is easily our most famous place to rent...anywhere. Thank you Guido for allowing us to rent again. We would like to stay again in the future. It is PERFECT.

We had a great experience renting this beautiful beach house for the week! From start to finish I have no complaints about our stay. We are already thinking of when we can return! My husband and two children 8 months and 4 years spent the week at this beautiful home. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Lots of clean linens and beach towels. A kitchen stocked with more than enough pots, pans, utensils, dishes both ceramic and plastic for the pool area and blender. The homeowners were very thoughtful in providing travel size dish soap, sponge, a few garbage bags, paper towel and toilet paper to start off the trip. It was enough to tide us over so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we checked in. The house has a great open layout where you can enjoy time as a family. The decor was bright and cheery. The screened in pool in the back was pure heaven after returning from a day at the beach. The flowers and plants surrounding the house made it feel like your own private retreat. We spent many nights relaxing in the hammock among the palm trees. The house is only a block from the beach. Having two little ones and needing lots of beach supplies we were so grateful for the beach wagons they provided. It made our short walk to the beach very easy. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler. Really I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was here. I am so happy we had the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home so close to the beach! By far the best Vrbo experience we have had. This house and it’s location exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
