Welcome to Cyprina Unit #2 — a newly renovated luxury townhome on Sanibel’s coveted East End. This 5-star retreat offers bright, airy interiors, designer finishes, and every modern comfort. Just steps from the sand, enjoy breathtaking views, refined coastal style, and the unmatched hospitality of a premier Superhost–level stay.

We are available as often as needed, but we provide guests the space they desire to allow them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

Sanibel Island is a tropical paradise known for its world-class shelling, pristine beaches, bike-friendly paths, and laid-back charm. With no high-rises and a strong commitment to preserving its natural beauty, Sanibel offers a peaceful, authentic escape.

The East End of the island holds special appeal. It’s the most convenient area for off-island access via the Sanibel Causeway, meaning less traffic and quicker trips to the mainland. The East End also features the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, a fishing pier, scenic beaches, charming shops, and quiet residential streets.

Its location makes it perfect for those who want to explore the island by bike or on foot, enjoy less crowded beaches, and access the best of Sanibel and beyond with ease.

Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire townhome for the duration of your stay, including the communal swimming pool, amazing community outdoor spaces, and your private beach. Free parking is available, 2 cars can fit easily in front of the garage!

This three-bedroom, three-bath residence is newly renovated with designer-level coastal finishes, high-end furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.

• Bedroom 1 (Primary) — King bed, sweeping Gulf views, spa-bath with soaking tub + rain shower.
• Bedroom 2 (Guest) — Queen bed, water views + bath.
• Bedroom 3 (Guest/Flex) — Two Full beds, ideal for families or friends + bath.

The living area opens onto a generous lanai where you’ll enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while listening to the surf. The fully-equipped modern kitchen features stainless appliances, and you’ll find convenient in-unit washer/dryer and premium linens throughout.

Getting around Sanibel Island is easy and enjoyable! The island is known for its extensive network of bike paths, making it perfect for exploring without a car. Many guests like to rent bikes, giving them the freedom to ride to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and even the iconic lighthouse—all just a short pedal away.

While Sanibel doesn’t have a public trolley like nearby Fort Myers Beach, its flat terrain and bike-friendly roads make biking the best way to see the sights. Limited car traffic and plenty of scenic routes make every ride a part of the adventure.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $325 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings at a convenient time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!

Toll to go onto Sanibel Island via the Sanibel Causeway is $6 for a standard 2-axle vehicle if using a transponder. If you don’t have a transponder (toll-by-plate) it’s $9. SunPass, EzPass and others will work for the $6 rate.

May - October is Turtle nesting season. There are Amber lights throughout the community.
