Enjoy the picturesque scenes of Little Bay from the living area, kitchen, and primary bedroom, or step out onto the covered deck to watch for dolphins, pelicans, herons, kayakers, and boaters! Take pleasure in the beautiful sunsets or fish from the deck.

Inside, this one-story condo features an open floor plan. The kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large peninsula featuring counter seating, is perfect for family meals. Plus, there’s a full-size washer and dryer. Relax and catch a game in the living area on a 72-inch smart TV. Cable and wi-fi are provided for streaming options. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The secondary bathroom has an easy access walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV.

Parking is a breeze with one designated space directly in front of the condo. As part of the community amenities, you’ll have access to a swimming pool with water views, palapa for outdoor gatherings, a fish cleaning station, and boat docks available on a first-come basis. Don’t forget to try your luck fishing from the boat dock piers. Come and enjoy all the adventures Rockport has to offer or just relax and watch the world go by.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
