Features: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most properties have in-room jacuzzis and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. King * 2 Singles. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen cable TVs including wall-mounted 65” Smart TV in living area, 2 DVD players, wireless Internet access, surround sound, wet bar, ceiling fans, water softener. Primary suite with whirlpool tub. Fully equipped kitchen. Assorted family and children’s games provided. Third floor with one of the best views of the ocean at Pier Pointe and partial views of Bogue Sound. Deck with porch furniture for enjoying the breeze. Direct beach access. Available year-round. Nightly rentals available October through February (three-night minimum). No smoking. No pets.

This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Beautiful views. Loved the big open living room, kitchen and dining room. Good size rooms. The only thing needs improvement are the showers. They are very small and both need updated. But for 3 days it was nice.

Over all nice property! The bathrooms need some updating but ok. There was construction going on during our stay at the condo which would have been nice to have been told before booking…The view was wonderful.

The kitchen was sufficient, had everything we needed. You can not watch the sunrise from the deck because this house is set back behind the neighboring one. The house is setback far enough that you can't see the sand down to the water's edge. You can see the ocean straight out from the house and be able to watch the dolphins.

While the home is set back and does not offer sunrise or full shoreline views from the deck, it does provide ocean views straight out from the house — and dolphin sightings are always a favorite. Incredible Views

I love the unobstructed view from the condo, watching dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. The space was clean and neat, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. We had no trouble checking in and out. There is direct beach access which was not so crowded as the other beaches. The staff was available for any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway trip

Beachfront, nice breeze all day. Beautiful views in comfortable seats on the deck. Air conditioner had issues keeping up with just 74 degree temps outside. Luck fully it was in the low 60's at night. Master shower is super tight for anyone bigger then a kid. A redesign of that bathroom would be a great improvement as the jetted tub is huge.

Beautiful View but need’s updating

The place was very nice except the bathrooms. The fixtures in the showers and bath were rusted and corroded so I wasn’t able to use the tub at all.
