Each of the 3 professionally decorated suites have large walk-in closets, ceiling fans, recessed lights, internet access, and comfortable brand new plush mattresses. Two of the suites have large screen mounted tv's. The fully equipped, beautifully decorated huge kitchen has a flat screen TV, full size double door refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, dishwasher, walk-in food pantry, tons of space to cook with the family, and all of the plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, and cooking gadgets you could ask for.

The open floor plan is bright, spacious, and the living room is home to a 65" TV, two brand new sleeper couches, and 2 leather recliners to enjoy family movie night at the end of a long day.

Your separate laundry room is spacious and has a large washer & dryer for your convenience. Your stay will be on two renovated floors, with a second floor balcony overlooking the Savannah River.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect — close to downtown and very convenient to the freeway. The home was spotless when we arrived and had beautiful views of the Savannah River from both the master suite and the living room. We especially enjoyed the two outdoor decks, which were perfect for relaxing.The owner’s communication was exceptional and always prompt whenever we had questions. We also truly appreciated the beautiful welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival — such a thoughtful and inviting touch. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal for our needs, with a beautiful river view, and the home was spacious for our group of five. The hosts were welcoming, leaving a thoughtful note and basket of treats, and they were responsive when we needed extra toilet paper after housekeeping had provided only one roll per bathroom for a 3-night stay.Unfortunately, the interior felt dated and poorly finished, with builder-grade white paint applied over walls, trim, cabinets, and even outlets. The fully set dining table in the listing photos was actually folding tables covered with tablecloths and set with plastic plates. There were maintenance issues as well: sticking doors and drawers, the sliding door wouldn't lock, there were a few nonworking outlets, and several beds (which are bare metal frames) had only decorative pillows, no proper sleeping pillows. The coffee maker was unusable due to heavy mold, and we could not enjoy the large patio due to moldy/dirty cushions, heavy dust, and old wasp nests.Our biggest concern, especially with a pregnant woman in our group, was the strong synthetic fragrance from dozens of Glade plug-ins and disks. Because most windows did not open, and those that did lacked screens, we could not air out the house. We collected and placed them all in one unused area but the scent permeated contributing to severe migraines. The owners seem lovely, and the location was a real plus, but overall we felt the property was significantly overpriced for its condition.

Many guests also appreciate the seasonal fall fragrances and the amenities of our 3,000 sq. ft. home, including covered decks and two 60 -inch outdoor TVs, which you acknowledged enjoying during your stay. We promptly accommodated your request for additional toilet paper beyond the complimentary starter rolls provided in all three bathrooms, despite additional supplies being the guest’s responsibility. Had you notified us about the sliding door or your concerns regarding the brand-new coffee maker, we would have immediately arranged assistance, just as we did with your additional supplies. Our staff also confirmed that all electrical outlets were functioning before your arrival. We take pride in providing a beautiful, welcoming, and responsive guest experience and regret that you chose not to communicate these concerns during your stay, when we would have gladly addressed them. We remain committed to the exceptional hospitality reflected in our many wonderful guest reviews.
