Welcome to Heron's Watch, a West Bradenton community, only 3 miles away from the warm white sand of Anna Maria Island! Florida Breeze has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private heated pool, which is enclosed by premium screen, which even keeps the small no-see-ums out! (Please note that the spa is disconnected, therefore same temperature as pool and no bubbles).

Everything in this home has been recently updated! Everything from the large, overstuffed sofa and love seat, to the soft linens, perfect for wrapping up in after a long day at the beach, or soaking up some rays in the pool.

The kitchen has everything you need to make healthy snacks, family dinners, and hearty breakfasts to get your day started strong! Pots, pans, dishes and utensils, this unit has it all -- and then some!

Both are full bathrooms with a glorious soaking tub & standup shower in the master bedroom, as well as a tub / shower combination in the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, television, and private entrance and exit to the pool area! The second guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and television as well. Plenty of giggles and story time will happen in the third bedroom with two twin beds, the perfect place for the little ones to rest their head.

Enjoy a garage for all of your beach storage and other Florida finds. Not to worry though, this house has plenty of room for everyone and everything!

A quick ride to the beach and equally as close to shopping, IMG Academy, downtown Riverwalk, entertainment, and the overall beauty and hometown pride of Bradenton, FL. You can't beat the location of Florida Breeze!

Perfect escape

The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our couples, + toddlet getaway. The pool and lounge area was very enjoyable. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and coolers were available so no need to bring or rent any of those. Owners were responsive to any questions we had.

Great Small Family House

This house had everything we needed or could imagine needing. The owners set you up with cleaning supplies, clear instructions for everything house related, all your cooking utensils and cookware. We did not have to buy anything accept more laundry detergent, but we wash alot. I will 100% stay here our next trip to Anna Maria Island

Thank you for the feedback. A professional upholstery company cleaned the sofa shortly after this departure. Update: A new sofa and love seat were purchased Fall '22.

Awesome florida house

House was exactly as advertised, or possibly even better. Pool was awesome. House was clean and well decorated and stocked, even with a nice welcone basket with some supplies to get the vacation started. The kids loved it. It truley felt like home with tons of space. Neighborhood is very nice. Took walks around the block most evenings. Close to the anna maria beaches and tons of stores/restaurants. Loved everything about it.

Bugs and mosquito issues.

I like this house, but we have some issues with bugs in the back yard and in the house. When I was looking for properties the big thing for us to have screening pool area, because my daughter and me have a very bad allergy from mosquito . We found a lot of damage on screens. Property was clean ok , but not the best, furniture is very cheap. But location is perfect. Thanks

Just Beautiful!

We had a wonderful month of January in your home. Grandchildren came to visit and really loved the magnificent pool! The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet and the location was close to the beach and wonderful restaurants and stores. A high quality home that exceeded our expectations!

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed the peaceful location and ease to beach and shops. It could use some new pillows on the beds and AC didn't cool well in the front bedroom but other than that we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful house

I love staying at this house. The pool area is amazing. It’s so nice to be so close to Bradienton Beach which is beautiful and so much fun. The only thing is the location of the house. The house itself is on a beautiful street. But the street adjacent to the house is kind of shady and I didn’t feel comfortable to go on my daily jog.

Nice but not what I was expecting from what was portrayed in pics

This place was nice but needed a better job on cleanliness. When we arrived it had t looked like had been cleaned well at all. Sand all over the floor dust and cobwebs in places that had it been properly cleaned shouldn’t have been there. Also there was a lot of things broken that shouldn’t really matter except I would have appreciated getting to utilize everything that came along with renting this property, Especially the amount of money we had to pay. If property owners put a little more money into upgrading some things around the house and found a better cleaning crew this rental would be pretty nice. Unfortunately this will not be a property that we will be revisiting.

Thank you for your feedback. Please remember that we are always here to help with any questions or problems during your stay. We called the guest after their departure to inquire for more detail and address mentioned items during a routine home inspection. Some dust and a couple of smaller cobwebs were removed outside, sand in pool had already been removed by pool service, a bathroom wall hook replaced and door handled tightened.

Great Vacation

From Virginia, we flew down and stayed a week in FL at this great property. The accommodations were comfortable and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was sufficient for eating at home, the pool was the prime attraction for the kiddos and they only left it for the beach and bed. The location was convenient to the many attractions in the area as we were in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Anna Maria Island for a number of things. Great attractions like the Big Cat Habitat, riding horses in the bay, the Donut Experience!!!, and the amazing sunsets of AMI are not too far away, as well as close enough to the airport. this was one of the best vacations we’ve had in years and we would highly recommend this as a great house for a family or couples to get away and enjoy the offerings of Sarasota/Bradenton/AMI!!
