Welcome to Destin Seafarer 209, a spacious Gulf-front condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with no streets to cross to reach the beach. This low-density, 3-story resort has only 29 units, 280 feet of private beach, and a peaceful beachfront setting away from the crowds of larger high-rise resorts.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and sleeps up to 6 guests. With two large beachfront balconies, two king bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, this condo has everything needed for a relaxing Destin getaway.

The Space
The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining area, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, second bedroom, and access to a beachfront balcony with beautiful Gulf views.
The living room offers plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV for movie nights. From the living and dining space, you can enjoy beach and Gulf views from every angle.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, large smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to the second private beachfront balcony. Both bedrooms include king beds, crisp linens, and comfortable bedding.

Bathrooms

This condo includes 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs ensuite bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, and both bathrooms offer an updated, comfortable setup for families or small groups.

Beach & Balconies
Guests can step directly out to the white sand with no streets to cross. Two large private balconies face the Gulf and beach, giving you beautiful spaces to enjoy morning coffee, sunrises, sunsets, or peaceful beach views.
One umbrella and two beach chairs are provided for use in the condo. During summer months, larger beach setups may also be available for purchase directly on the beach.

• Destin Harbor Boardwalk, just over two miles west
• Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club
• Walmart, Target, and Winn-Dixie within a few minutes' drive
• Swimming, surfing, sunbathing, fishing, golf, and beach walks nearby
• Destin is known as the “World's Luckiest Fishing Village,” with direct Gulf access, a wide variety of fish species, and the nation's largest commercial fishing fleet.

This property includes clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Our housekeeping team uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the condo is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

We have stayed at the Seafarer before, but this condo has so far been the best!!! The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of bath towels too! We recommended this place!

This condo was amazing! Directly on the Gulf. Upon arrival, condo cleanliness was immaculate. All amenities as advertised. Everything about this condo was top notch. Furniture, kitchen cabinets, utensils, decor. Primary bath was stunning. Spent a week and did not want to leave. Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quality place to stay on the water at a fair price.

The condo was amazing….( love both bedroom) very cleanThe Ocean was beautiful I would’ve gave the condo 5 stars, However, The internet keep going out, TV’s was not working. 4 that didn’t stop us from having a good time. Everything is in walking distance from the condo 1.Restaurants 2.Shopping(outlet mall)3.Magic Show4.WalmartJust to name a few.Will be booking again in a couple months.Please work on getting the internet fixed Kim

We absolutely loved staying at the Seafarer! The only prob we had was the TV upstairs was going out so you couldn’t see the screen well. But otherwise great place to stay.

The condo was a great find it’s right on the water with an umbrella and four chairs provided the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. The building is two stories thus very accessible and the elevator wait was negligible overall I highly recommended and will consider it for a repeat visit

The condo was very nice. I was under the impression it came with 2 beach chairs, we did find some in the closet that were rusty and broken. We ended up renting them from the office. The view was very awesome. The pool needed some shade areas.

perfect condo in Destin

THis place is exactly what we like. Small complex on the beach with lots of space and private suite upstairs. Very nicely renovated with 2 balconies and a terrace. It is in "Destin Proper" and you don't have rows of people and umbrellas. It felt like we have the beach to ourselves. Will def come back!

Review

The staff and guests were very lovely and condo is perfectly situated on the beach with fantastic views and close to restaurants and activities. It was nice to be in a smaller complex instead of a giant high rise. Areas that could be improved is neither of the sliding glass doors locked, the cooking pans could be upgraded as everything liked to stick (even using cooking spray), knives were dull, and AC could be upgraded. The downstairs was always hot. We would close all the drapes during the day and turn up the A/C temp to keep it from working so hard. We loved the beach chair service and found the booking staff to be very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Great condo great location

The condo was very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. The two balconies facing the ocean were wonderful. Beach access is quick and easy. We were there in late September and compared to other condos neighboring this one the beach was spacious and not crowded. The two supplied beach chairs and umbrella worked great for us. We will definitely consider this condo for future trips. The only minor issues were only one kitchen towel, and having to power cycle the wireless router almost daily. We most definitely enjoyed our stay.

Best stay we have ever had in Destin.

The proximity to the beach was perfect. It only took us about 3 minutes to go from the room to the water. The unit was immaculate when we checked in. Very clean and comfortable unit to stay in. The condo looked exactly the way it does in the photos. Comfortable bed and a very large and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. We really like the finishes they chose when it was remolded. Both rooms have king sized beds. Two balconies as well! We used both frequently. Great views of the beach and water from both. There is also another outdoor patio area that overlooks the street. The staff at the budling itself were friendly and helpful. It's really close to everything you need. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street and the harbor walk is only 8 minutes away. The owners communicated with us via text and email after we booked and sent very clear instructions on check in and check out procedures which were a piece of cake. The overall experience was the best we've had since we have been coming to Destin for over 15 years. We will definitely return next year!

Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Customer Service for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renters must be 25 years to rent this property.
