Aqua Villa

This stunning, upscale home boasts modern coastal decor and offers spectacular oceanfront views, along with 50′ of dockage on a canal for direct open water access.

Enjoy breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from three large balconies, or take in the scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the ocean right to you. This custom-built home offers 2,600 sq ft of elegant coastal living, including a second-floor master suite with a private oceanfront veranda.

The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, plus 1 King bedroom and a full bath. The upper level includes:

Master suite (King) with ensuite

Queen bedroom

Twin bedroom

Shared full bathroom

The home includes 5 TVs (4 indoor + 1 outdoor) and a DVD player.

On the ground level, enjoy a large covered outdoor space with a summer kitchen (gas grill) and comfortable lounge area overlooking the private pool/swim spa with waterfall. The pool measures 12’ x 30’ (5 ft deep) and is surrounded by ample seating for dining, relaxing, and sunbathing.

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

* Security cameras around the exterior of the home and records both video and audio.

*Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.

* No Pets Allowed

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

First, I want to acknowledge how amazing Bert and the team from KeysCations was. Not only was he super responsive, but when there was VRBO miscommunication- he honored what was advertised. While this property is on the ocean it is not directly on a beach. If you have a boat or rent a boat you will love this space. We loved the location, enjoyed the heated pool and used the kayaks daily. Easy access to Sombrero Beach, Seven Mile Bridge and an hour to Key West. The highlights of our trip were enjoying a space large enough to accommodate three teens and 4 adults, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and almost daily visits from the manatees. I will say that Bert and his team provided an amazing guide book and we will have to come back again to continue to experience this beautiful area! Thank you to the KeysCations team!

Beautiful property with amazing water views. Quick access to the water for boaters with minimal vehicle traffic. Not a location that is a neighborhood but a one way street, very quiet though. The pool and outdoor seating area/kitchen on the first floor were our favorite spot. Property manager was very responsive…we enjoyed the stay very much and would absolutely book again next year.

Our stay in Marathon was wonderful, and this house was just perfect! The views were great, beds extremely comfortable, plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. Our favorite part was the outdoor living area, we spent the majority of our time there enjoying the views, the pool and the warm breezes! Meredith was very responsive throughout the entire process from booking, to questions and check-in. Loved our trip, and highly recommend this beautiful house!

The house and the views were amazing.

We really enjoyed the house and it's outdoor amenities. The location was perfect. The views were fabulous! We had an amazing time. The construction next door was an issue only for a day by which the property manager gave us compensation for the inconvenience. All in all we would love to stay there again!

50th Birthday Celebration

This house is stunning. We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. The best part was the outdoor living area & pool. We spent most of the time there. It is located on a quiet street with everything accessible off the main road. Beautiful drive to Key West; just over an hour with good traffic. Definitely recommend this beauty for your Florida Keys Vacation!

Best vacation spot!

Property was amazing. Cannot complain about anything. We were supposed to travel with our yacht there, but hit a sandbar in Nc. I broke my back and shoulder blade. Upon our arrival I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and get well balloons. Rental company was so amazing. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful views

The views were amazing at this property! In fact, we didn't turn the TV on during our stay. We spent a lot of time by the pool and grilling out in the wonderful outdoor kitchen by the pool. The sheets were really soft and nice, the property was very clean and I am really picky. The towels were great too. There were plenty for our whole group. We loved being able to drop a kayak into the ocean and go, right from our backyard! We would love to go back to this property. Too bad it's booked for the next 5 months.
