Amazing Vacation and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Marathon! It was even better than I expected. Kevin, the property manager, was very communicative, helpful and it was a smooth check in and check out process.Perfect house for large groups! Plenty of privacy and bedrooms! Loved the pool and being on the water. The kayaks provided were in great condition and were a fun activity! We rented a boat - super easy to navigate getting out to the ocean! We spent one afternoon anchored at the sand bar - so fun!The house is in a great location, very near Sparky’s - where we ate three times because it was that good. The house is in a safe and walkable community - you can walk to the public beach nearby.This was one of the best places we’ve stayed for our winter vacays in Florida!

Beautiful House

Great roomy house for12 of us. Enjoyed the pool, kayaks and dock for fishing! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils,etc Plenty of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay in Marathon

We had a wonderful stay for our Spring Break! Beautiful property with plenty of space for our large group of 15. There is so much to do on-site from the swimming pool and kayaks to fishing and games. We saw manatee, lobsters and a lot of fish right off the dock. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed cooking for a large group. We loved our lazy days by the pool and heading out for fun adventures in the local area. Thanks to the owner, Kevin, for personally showing us the highlights of the house when we arrived and for a great place to stay.

Family and friends make the perfect vacation

The location is awesome, fishing, walking and within distance to the beach and a little sandwich shop. The house is amazing and the pool beautiful. The owner is very responsive if needed. Every moment spent there was fantastic.

623 Avenue G - Marathon FL

The place was beautiful, very clean, lots of Room. The pictures were a bit misleading. There are 3 floors, but the lower level is set up like a small apartment with a separate entrance. The main floor has 3 bedrooms (2 include bathrooms). The top floor has a master suite and loft. Kevin was very easy to deal with and provided everything we needed. Fishing poles, Kayaks, Bicycles, Ice Machine, Gas Firepit with lots of seating. The pool was just right for the warmer days. We saw Manatees right under the dock on the property. We had a great week!

Great place on the canal

Place was great kayaks and bikes were great we all exercised into marathon town. Really felt like home after a few days. House close to restaurants and shopping and affords plenty of privacy with beautiful epic views, highly recommend! Plenty of dock space for boats, and for visits from the local Mantee and fish-stealing Pelican.

Great home in Marathon

Our family met here for our Summer vacay and the house was everything the listing said it was. We enjoyed the pool and rented a boat which was nice to have right outside at the dock.

Amazing week in the sun!

Amazing week spent with family! Large property to fit us all and have space together and separate! Beautiful warm pool to hang out in all day/night! Manatees off the dock. Perfect area to kayak! Close to many places to visit! Roof top to watch sunrise and sunset! Close walk to the beach! Highly recommend! Owner is very great to work with and easy to get ahold of!

Excellent stay!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Was even better than what we saw online! Highly recommend for a big group. There were 15 of us (all adults) and plenty of space for everyone. Used the kayaks and bikes, all of which were in good shape. We even saw manatees right off the dock of the house! Was a great trip.

Great week with friends

Kevin was very responsive to any inquiries. The house is well appointed. We made use of the pool, bikes and kayaks. Convenient location to travel to Key West or North to check out other Keys. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation home with something for everyone

Beautiful home

Kevin’s house was large enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. We enjoyed the pool, especially our kids. The option to heat the pool is nice as the water was a bit chilly unheated in January. The house was clean and was well stocked with supplies. We would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome 2 week stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in early August. Even though the weather didn't cooperate much of the time, there is plenty to do and enjoy at this house. From the bikes to the kayaks to the pool, we had a great stay. The house itself is exceptional - it has multiple separate living spaces, which is optimal for multiple families, but has several nice gathering spaces (living room, pool, porches) for everyone to be together. We loved it!
