Dockside holiday lettings

We stayed here for 4 nights and just wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Beautiful Condo, the owners have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My favourite part was sitting outside on the veranda having my coffee overlooking the stunning bay. The owners were very quick when it cane to replying to messages. Can’t wait to return next year!

This is definitely the best Condo to stay at in Clearwater The unit was immaculate Anything we could think of needing was already there The owner, Bryan, was totally available for any questions and stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure all was ok The view was great and location perfect The unit unquestionably deserves a "10" TMC Utica, NY.

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere.
