***PLEASE READ -This is a new listing for Dockside 505 under new ownership.
Snowbirds, please reach out if you are looking for monthly rental Jan and Feb.
We are the owners of the unit next door, Dockside 504 and if you are looking for 2 units that would accomodate your large party, look no further! Please let us know if you are looking for something like that. We strive to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one.

Newly renovated two bedroom condo is sure to be the perfect spot for your next vacation. You will see what all the fuss is all about once your toes touch the sugary soft sands of Clearwater Beach. There is reason it keeps getting voted the #1 beach year after year! This condo has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The unit is is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, towels and linens. There is also a stacked washer and dryer. You have everything you need here! There is seating for four by the front door with views of the bay. You might even see a dolphin or two swimming in the bay! You will enjoy sitting and watching the sunrise and sunset. There is a shared heated pool with the hotel next door and you are just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The furniture has a classy touch with warm tones and beachy themes throughout.

There is a sleeper sofa to the right of the entrance.

The first bedroom has a King bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv.

The second bedroom has two full beds, both with memory foam gel mattresses.

Blinds can be adjusted as you like to let as much or as little sunlight in.

There is plenty of parking available with some covered spots as well.
On-site parking is always free!

There are lot of restaurants withing walking distance, activites at Pier 60 on a nightly basis, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is right here too.

There is a lot to do or you can just sit and enjoy the beach breeze.

This is an excellent location and a very nice condo. A very short walk to the beach, restaurants and jolley trolley stop. A fully functional kitchen let's you live like home when you decide to eat in.

The floors were clean. The beds were ok for sleeping in. The bathrooms were not very clean mold in the bathroom showers. The kitchen did not have very many dishes. I think that if you request your renters to run dishwasher or laundry you should at least leave a pod or two for laundry and dishwasher. I think you can find something cheaper for the money we spent. Should also leave some directions on how to use the T.V.s

Fabulous unit for the Clearwater experience

Check in and out was simple and well communicated. The unit itself is beautiful with updated appliances. Very easy in and out access to the property itself. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes from your door step! We enjoyed watching the Dolphins and parrots each morning while drinking coffee on the balcony

Great place to stay!

Ana was great to deal with. This condo was close to everything. We walked alot!! Super comfortable bed and the condo had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home. The fridge with built in water and ice was very convenient.

The property was exactly like the pictures. The condo has everything you need for a home-like stay. We enjoyed everything about this place. Shared pool was awesome, views are wonderful, we saw dolphins one morning right up next to the dock, neighbors and other guests were all friendly. Just an absolutely amazing experience. Great Condo!

The condo was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and had all the necessities. It has great views from the balcony (dolphins included) and is an easy walk to everything including the beach, restaurants, shops and Pier 60. Ana was easy to work with and very helpful.

We have stayed in this unit before and we will be back! Highly recommend. Very comfortable and clean. Good location and views. We always see several dolphins. This year we saw three manatees and a stingray from the balcony ( look over the bay when walking to the unit-never know what is down below)..

My stay here was quite successful. Ana was the manager, and she was quite helpful. I was with my Dad who is elderly -- the accessibility of the property was great. We were on the fifth floor, and the elevator was reliable. My favorite part about the place was the view from our front porch. I hope to stay here again.
