Approx 1500 sq ft house has the integrity of the old Austin Travis Hts bungalow with a modern , spacious , custom remodel dialed in with high end lighting, fixtures,artisan cement tiles, lots of glass detail which makes for great light , architectural hardware and reclaimed wood detailing.
The living room has original shiplap wood details, ebony stained original oak & long leaf pine floors. Living room is open to the kitchen with pitched 18 ft ceilings that is overlooked by the loft guest bdr. The Kitchen island has a beautiful hand made walnut countertop and seating for 6. There are modern glass features and doors that look out into a private fenced in back yard shaded by pecan trees. Staineless appliances, gas stove , electric oven, microwave.
Master bedroom is on the main floor with Ensuite access to the bathroom and a walk in closet. The walk in closet has a digital custom code lock for your personals. Original wood details and beautiful glass dropped pendants with a king sized bed on a teak platform bed frame.
The bathroom has beautiful artisan cement tiled spa like wet room. A large modern soaking tub , shower head and 3 body sprays. The bathroom is accessible from the master bdr and the public space thru the parlor/den. Jack and Jill layout There is one toilet room but it is separate from the main bathroom area with a sink so it feels like a 1.5 bath. It is accessible from master bath and public rooms. there is a tub, shower, toilet and two sinks total.
Guest room is upstairs in a open loft with a queen sized bed . It looks down into the kitchen so it is Light brite with white wood ceiling and floors . The parlor/den can be used as a third bedroom with a full sized rollaway if arranged prior to check in ( extra fees may apply).
There are tv's in the master bedroom and the parlor/den on Roku.
Backyard is fenced in and private. There is room for at least 2 cars in the driveway. The street is permit parking only so to not get tickets you need to park in the driveway at all times.
This house has been completely remodeled so as it looks like a 1920s house it has been restored to the bones and well insulated with central AC/heat.
All the old charm of a 1920s bungalow with reclaimed wood features, original restored wood floors. steel details, modern light fixtures , artisan tiles, beautiful new windows with black out shades and all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
Guest have access to the entire property.
The grounds are landscaped, outdoor lights and fenced in for privacy.

Street parking is permit parking only however there is a driveway for 2+ cars available.
