This cozy beachhouse includes 6 bicycles, 10 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, various beach games, coolers, washer and dryer, spacious/private backyard with outdoor bar, chairs, lighting, umbrellas and grill, and a huge trek deck. This unique home has a main house and 2 cottages. Fenced in for additional privacy and a front porch to have some early evening wine before dinner. Outdoor security cameras. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for dinning. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to ocean beach. All attractions are within walking distance or a water taxi ride away as cars are not allowed in the island!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Do not take indoor furniture outside.
Lock BIKES at all times when taken out. $150 for loss bike
Don't leave dirty dishes in dishwasher. Cleaners might not be coming right away.
