The Gway Getaway - Family friendly! Plenty of off the street parking.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a two bedroom one bathroom home with a covered back porch and fenced in backyard with plenty of off the street parking. Close to Churchill Downs, airport, fairgrounds Kentucky Kingdom, hospitals, and Ohio Valley race track. Also, we are 15-20minutes from downtown depending on traffic. We are close to Iroquois Park where you can take walk or bike ride and enjoy nature. We are excited for our guest to enjoy the best of Beechmont! Security cameras are posted toward the driveway and the street in front of the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great time staying down in Louisville. Property manger was excellent getting back to me and everything ran smoothly. House was excellent and very clean. Was close to a lot of attractions down there for my friends and family to explore.

The house was exactly as pictured. Host was easily accessible. The location of the house was perfect for our travels to the KY Expo center. Nice place to get away from the busy downtown area.

Simple, but meets all your needs

Don’t sleep on this place! The beds, bedding, and pillows were great, plenty of towels, nice tvs, and the washer & dryer came in handy. The neighborhood was so quiet! The neighbors waved at us and spoke. Felt very at ease and at home.
