Great location, close to a lot with a short drive, just outside to not have to deal with all of the traffic. Great for a couples getaway stay. For sure will be back!

Super close to the airport

Came to visit nearby family, this place was a super short drive from the airport, which was nice after a long day of travel. This comes with the territory of Louisville suburbs, but be advised, this isn't a place to sit outside and relax. One neighbor smoking on his porch warned us to make sure we locked the car doors, and one night, a guy across the street was loudly trying to kick in a door as we were going to bed. Otherwise, we didn't feel unsafe in the house, which was locked and had cameras outside.The nice wide parking space was extra convenient, the house was neat, the air conditioning was cool (if a bit loud when sitting in the living room), and the snug kitchen and bathroom worked for our needs.

U of L Volleyball Camp

The property was very clean and extremely close to I-264 and U of L. If you are planning a trip to Churchill Downs, this place is extremely close.

Great house in convenient location

Property is just like pictures. Nice amount of room for us to be busy during the day and then relax in the evening. The location is great for Churchill Downs and University of Louisville, plus easy to get on and off 264 to get around to the rest of the city. Very happy with our stay.

Great Proximity

I rented this house in order to make it easier for my father and me to stay close to my mother during and after her major surgery at the University of Louisville Hospital. This house is in amazing proximity to Churchill Downs, U of L campus and the hospital complex. Photos and descriptions are perfectly accurate, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We’re so grateful for this easy portion of an otherwise very challenging week.

This small property was perfect for our trip and close to the fair/expo center. It was perfect to come back to after a long day at the trade show.

Perfect house in good location!

Stayed here for 8 days.It was exactly as described the host went above and beyond for us. The game table made for some fun times. Had all the supplies you could need and snacks!!!. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property and Convenient Location

We loved this property and it was so close to our venue at the EXPO center. The owners were very attentive to our needs. Our son loved the snacks on the table after our late night arrival the first day. He and our daughter enjoyed the foosball table as well (she’s a teenager so seeing her play with him was a change!). The oversized driveway parking was a must as we have a large SUV and prefer no street parking plus we had a trailer with us that had plenty of room in the driveway.

The hosts were very communicative and gave good directions for check in. The house was very cute and very clean! We could get anywhere we needed within 10-15 minutes so location was great!

2-Bedroom Home in Louisville Great

We enjoyed our stay at the Louisville cottage. The house is conveniently located, clean and well furnished/ supplied. The hosts left a binder with useful instructions and recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area (we tried a few, and enjoyed them). The AV is a little loud and f you chill easily you may want to bring an extra blanket. We would stay there again.
