Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Sleep 12 guests across five bedrooms: four king bedrooms and one room with a double bed and two twins. Two king rooms have private en-suite baths; two additional kings share a bath. The top-floor king suite has its own private bath and adjoining living area with half bath.
Private Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool
Relax in the 14x28 private pool, soak in the 6-person hot tub, or let the little ones splash in their own kiddie pool. Pool and hot tub are open mid-May through end of September.
Game Room & Kitchenette
The ground-floor game room features a full-size pool table, second full-size refrigerator, microwave, extra sink, and comfortable seating with TV — perfect for family downtime without leaving the house.
Beach & Local Attractions
The 4x4 beach access is just 500 feet away. Head west an equal distance to Carova Park for fishing, kayaking, boating, and picnicking. Wild horses roam freely in this area — sightings from the decks are common. Stargazing here is unmatched.
