This is a great apartment in an excellent neighborhood. The living room is spacious and comfy. The big kitchen is perfectly stocked. Both bedrooms are large and comfortable. It's a great place.

Excellent Stay in Jamaica Plain

The property and neighbourhood are pretty good and the amenities are also really great. Perry is a really thoughtful and gracious host, the attention to detail in the property is amazing, it is very spacious. Also travelling is pretty convenient as it is 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the Cambridge Area is also pretty accessible. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Boston.

Great place with easy access to Boston.

Stayed here for two weeks during daughters graduation. week. Great house in a nice neighborhood. House has everything you could ask for. It's only two blocks to the Orange Line, which made accessing Boston super easy. Loved this place. Host was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellant stay!

Our week stay in October 2024 exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything inside and outside that we could have possibly needed to make the visit for 2 adults and 2 Boston Terrier dogs super comfortable and memorable. Having access to a completely fenced in yard and ample space to safely park off our car off the street was priceless. Communication with Perry was always prompt and friendly. He provided detailed instructions before we checked in to ensure we were able to locate the property and gain access without issues. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay at a home away from home when visiting Boston or any neighboring city. The home was clean, well supplied for any needs, and we always felt safe, no matter the hour of day or night. If we make it back to Boston, we will definitely look to stay at this property again. THANK YOU!

Great stay

This was a very comfortable property, and probably the best stocked place we've ever stayed. Lots of dishes and staples in the kitchen, and even first aid and toiletry items in the bathroom. Close to the subway, and it's so great to not have to find a parking space on the street!

Great home, great host

Perry was very communicative leading up to our stay which made traveling with our one year old much easier. He had a crib, stroller, bath seat, high chair, any toys all ready to go. The home was also well kept and homey. Perfect for our needs. Would recommend to any families looking to stay in the area!

1st Time to Boston

This home was very charming! High ceilings, hard wood floors, great kitchen, good shower, two good size bedrooms for four adults. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Loved the private parking spot onsite since parking is at a premium in Boston!! Only a couple blocks from Sam Adams Brewery which was great and only a couple blocks from the orange line T. Metro was easy to navigate. Perry and his family live upstairs but we never heard them and he was very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

We liked our 3 days in Boston very much: comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Easy to commute to town with orange line, Perry very helpful with advice. Big plus: Safe car parking on premises behind gate and Adams brewery around corner!

Nice place to stay in Boston

We enjoyed our stay while we were moving our daughter to Boston. The location was good (quiet but not too far out), really appreciated the off street parking, the house was well stocked with anything you can think of (including band aids which I needed!), and we enjoyed being able to walk to Sam Adams and the Haven.

What We Needed

We needed a place close to the Boston hospitals as my wife needed surgery. This location was perfect. Perry went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for your genuine concern for us. Would return to this property if we need to come back.

Quick Trip to Boston

We were in Boston so my son could compete in the New England track meet and to look at some colleges. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it provided everything we needed for our weekend visit. Perry was very responsive and checked in during our visit.

Convenient Location, great host

We had a great girls weekend - flying into Boston to see a friend. The place had everything we needed and nice homey touches like house plants. The big kitchen table which was a bonus. The off street parking was convenient and appreciated. There was a spacious living room for movies, snacks, and morning yoga. Ula cafe was in walking distance and a lovely spot for a morning coffee and pastry. Would stay again.
