Family-friendly 3 bedrooms/1 bath apartment in highly sought after Wellington neighborhood of Medford, minutes from Boston, Cambridge & Somerville. Features TVs in all rooms, high-speed internet, office with futon, backyard with grill and swing set, and off-street parking. Walking distance to Wellington T-station, parks, coffee shops, restaurants and 24hr CVS. 8 mins to Encore, 13 mins to Logan Airport and quick access to major highways. Fully equipped for a comfortable and convenient stay!

What We Offer:

Spacious Accommodations: Three bedrooms with TVs in each room and the living area. Plus, a futon in the private office space with barn doors. This apartment is in the second floor of a multi-family house. The building has a total of 3 apartments.

Family Essentials: We’ve got you covered with a pack-and-play, bassinet, baby tub, Bumbo chair, breastfeeding pillow, and kid-friendly plates and cups.

Work and Relaxation: High-speed internet and a dedicated desk area for remote work.

Modern Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, hairdryer, and one off-street parking for your convenience.

Outdoor: Large backyard with big patio and grass with outdoor seating, grill and outdoor toys for children (backyard not available during winter month of December-March).

Shoes off are encouraged to reduce noise for our first floor neighbor. The backyard in the property is NOT available during the winter (Dec-Mar).

It was the perfect location and amenities for our east coast vacation. Loved that everyone had their own room and television, the laundry access and accommodation, everything we needed in the kitchen and large space for everyone to watch a movie together.

Wonderful place with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. There is a grocery store within walking distance and an H-Mart a close drive away. The host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. :)

Great spot and lots of little things (coffee, creamers, spices, etc) that were really nice. Beds are very comfortable and we felt at home.Neighbors downstairs have a very barky dog - but that isn’t the VRBO owners fault. Just something to be aware of.Great place and the owner was wonderful and responded to questions within minutes.

Great stay - clean, well-stocked home.

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for my family of four and were able to host another family for dinner as well. Kitchen is stocked very well, nice full sets of dishes, flatware, appliances. Everything in good condition. Comfy beds, soft sheets, very responsive helpful host. Thanks!!

It was wonderful! A little piece of luxury in an ordinary neighborhood. Clean. Cozy. AC in every room, TV in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, so many accommodations in the kitchen and even a little extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. On top of that Esmeralda was clear, consistent and friendly in her communication! I would book this place again!

Our kitchen is stock with all essentials! Tea, coffee, cream, sugar, olive oil, white vinagre, salt, pepper, main spices, serving plates, etc.

We offer complementary toilet paper, paper towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, cotton, tooth picks, and a first aid kit.

There are extra towels and linens available.
