The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. The kids especially loved the bunkbeds and the pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was unbelievable, so close to the beach and great view of the lagoon. The pool was fantastic and where we would end everyday. My family loved sitting in the screened in porch in the evening listening to the frogs and cicadas. The house was beautiful and had an abundance of space. Hope to book it again in the future.

Best place we’ve rented in Sea Pines yet! We celebrated the 250th here, and it couldn’t have been a better spot for our big family. We loved that it was dog-friendly, the house was spotless, and the newly renovated kitchen and updated features made everything feel fresh and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for everyone, and we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch. The pool being cleaned midweek was also a really nice touch.We also loved being right on the walking/bike trail since we’re an active family. The only downside is that because there were two alligators in the lagoon during our stay, it became a popular spot for kids fishing, bikers, runners, and people stopping to watch or take pictures, so it wasn’t quite as private outside as we expected.We’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families, especially if you’re traveling with a dog.

Beautiful home for a big family

This was a perfect house for our family with 7 adults and 2 kids. The two large living spaces are very nice and let you have separate spaces for different groups of people. The view of the lagoon from the living room is spectacular and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable which is rare for a vacation rental. Would definitely recommend this house for a large family.

Thanksgiving

My whole family gathers for thanksgiving. This year we had two houses. This one served 11 of us very comfortably. This house is in a perfect location. We biked all over the place. Easy to get to the beach, salty dog and harbor town on bikes. We will definitely book again in the future!

Paradise in Sea Pines

Absolutely beautiful house in great location in Sea Pines. Even though there were just my wife and I,this house could eaily accomodate 2 families. Everything including the furniture was brand new and beautifully decorated in an elegant classical style. A quick five min walk to beach with easy access. I highly recommend this house in Sea Pines. Thank you for an amazing time!!!

Beautiful home!

We loved this home. Very close to the beach access and bike trail. Lots of room for our entire family. Parking was tight for 4 cars. Driveway is nestled between 2 private homes so we had to back our cars out all the way to the main road to not disturb the neighbors. Guest services took care of trash pick up issue very quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great house

We had some issues during our stay but this will be a great house for a big group. Positives: great location, lots of room, fairly well equiped kitchen. Great TVs, good WiFi. Probably ten beach chairs in the garage so keep your at home. Negatives: the oven broiler did not work but a replacement is on the way. The disgusting charcoal grill was replaced by a new gas grill while we were checking out. The pool was really nice but not cleaned a second time during the week. The icemaker is pretty lame so be prepared to buy a ton of ice. The twin bedroom has a large wet spot adjacent to the bathroom so there is probably a leak.

Perfect for families!

This is a beautifully furnished home with very easy access to the beach. The floor plan is perfect for families, with plenty of room for everyone. The multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors was really nice. We’ve been staying in Sea Pines for years and this home was hands down our favorite rental. It was also the cleanest rental we’ve enjoyed - kudos to the housekeeping staff. The only downside to the house is the pool. All of Sea Pines is heavily wooded, but the pool at this home is in a very wooded area that makes the pool constantly dirty. The pool was dirty upon our arrival and the management company only cleans pools on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so the pool was not usable during our stay. If you’re booking this house for the pool, something to consider. I would book this house again, but would not expect to use the pool.
