Escape to our stunning villa, perfect for families and groups! With 6 spacious bedrooms and 7 comfy beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy two fully equipped kitchens, two cozy living rooms, and two full bathrooms across two levels for ultimate comfort. Take in breathtaking views of over 5 cities from our wraparound balcony, or relax by the 15-foot pool. Fire up the BBQ on our second balcony and soak in the beauty of Puerto Rico — your perfect getaway awaits!

Other things to note
To fully enjoy the beauty of our mountaintop villa, a rental car is required — we recommend a mid-sized car, SUV, or van for added comfort. We're just a scenic 25-30 minute drive from the airport, and trust us, the breathtaking views that await you are well worth the ride. Your private escape in the mountains, surrounded by stunning landscapes and peaceful vibes, is closer than you think!

Roberto was an amazing host and made our stay unforgettable. When we arrived, he already had someone at the house to greet us and make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Later in the week, we wanted to have a bonfire but couldn’t find anywhere to buy firewood. I messaged Roberto asking where we might be able to buy some and within minutes his handyman was walking down the street with a machete to help us cut wood.The property itself is beautiful. We’ve stayed at several rentals in Puerto Rico and have never had a view as gorgeous as this one. The backyard setup is perfect with a fire pit, pool with a little waterfall, turf, chairs around the pool, and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. There are TVs upstairs and downstairs, which was great for our large group.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend staying here.

Upon check-in, the first-unit refrigeratorcontained stagnant water, flies, and a severe odor. No cleaning supplies wereprovided until requested. As stated the host is a super host. I would think that the owner of the property would check to make sure the house has been cleaned prior to anyone staying at his property, but it didn’t look like that had happened.The first and second-floor stoves and pans were covered in thick grease, making cooking impossible. especially on the second floor because there was no hot water or water pressure.The pool was completely empty upon arrival. It took a water hose two full days to fill, The second-floor unit had zero hot water and little to no water pressure for the majority of the stay 10 people had to use the 1st floor bathroom.Contracted Workers were on-site during our vacation. Almost every day..We suffered a total water shutoff for an entire day on 5/20 while they replaceda tankless water heater, finishing around 11:00 PM. Normal water functionsdid not return until Friday. The first-floor unit suffered active ceiling leaks in both the living room and bathroom, creating dangerous puddles on the floor. we did look into the app to try to book another house, but that was impossible especially last minute and a house big enough for 10 people.I think this could have been a better stay if the host would have actually gone out to the property and maintained it before having people check in especially for 8 days
