Great stay

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Located right by the elevator for easy access to the pool and beach. It was the perfect resort for our kids

Great VRBO!

This is the 2nd time I've ever stayed in a VRBO and my 1st time in Mexico. The condo was better than expected. It had all the kitchen amenities you could need for a week stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was also amazing. My only "con" is the internet/wifi wasn't the best, however this was not in the owner's control. It seemed the whole resort was having internet issues at the time. Otherwise a great place to stay! It was right next to the elevator and stairs, which made the beach super accessible.

Easy online rental with great staff that checked us in quick and hassle free. Security at the resort was also great. Had a great time will definitely be back

Overall Good Experience!

The property itself was great, especially for younger kids - with the slide and beach right at our fingertips. I'd look for a better room. The bed mattress wasn't the best and the shower water pressure was very light.

Room was comfortable and nice. However the bathroom shower needs to be properly cleaned. Other than that a nice room.

Cozy & Comfy

Family of four with two older teens. I wasn’t sure if the bunk beds would be large enough for them. My daughter chose to sleep on bottom bunk but my son decided to sleep on the couch. I’m sure they would be fine on the bunk beds they just wanted their own space which made it great to have a sectional couch. We stayed two nites and the check in was easy. You drive into the security guard and then check in for your key at the front office. This condo is the first left building and on the 5th floor. Being the back of the property we still had a beautiful view of the ocean! We ate at the grill restaurant behind the office and by the pool slides. Meals ran about $15-$20 but it was convenient when we arrived at about 6pm and didn’t want to drive anywhere. Customer service was great and very friendly on this property! Pools were great and there’s a pool bar by the ocean. Ocean is jiust a few mins walk where you will find some vendors with food or stuff to sell on the beach. The kitchen had the basic needs and the whole place was clean. Beds were comfy but it did had a plastic noise to it but it’s ok. I would come again and maybe stay longer.

D-504 Condo at Las Palmas

Our party of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The condo was fairly clean except for some crumbs on the kitchen counter. It's near the elevator which helps when unloading baggage. It was quiet with a beautiful view of the water. Everything worked well, except for the low water pressure in the shower. The pools were fun, especially the water slides and the grounds were very clean! The condo did lack some essentials like kitchen towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We were able to get the last 4 items listed from the hotel. Bring plastic wrap, foil and spices/condiments as there were none of those items when we visited. The beds weren't comfortable and in the morning my back hurt. The master bedroom mattress was too soft, while the bunk bed mattresses were too hard. Overall, we enjoyed our first time stay at Las Palmas and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place

Pools scattered throughout the property! Easy access to everything. Walk to changos or banditos can be sketchy late night but we had no problems at all. We really enjoyed this place

Extremely easy check in, well priced delicious breakfast buffet, excellent views of the ocean (of course), clean, quiet and centrally located. House keeping was great since the accommodations were well kept.

My only problem was checking in.i called ahead to let them know my orig c.c. had to be cancelled do to fraud charges they said no worries have I'd and new card.i did wasn't good enough.the lady at the front desk was horrible everything she'd tell me I needed from bank I'd produce and it still wasn't good enough.her batting her eyes everytime I'd say it's what u asked for.after an HR in a half I asked for mgr.another lady came out alittle better not much til a bystander got involved.over all the csr is horrible there.a total of 2hrs to chk in and w my bank on the line the whole time .worst experience checking in a single woman and her two minor kids in another country.worst feeling ever.

Great Condo-Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Easy access, clean, and a nice view from the balcony. Easy to get to the beach and the staff was helpful. Overall it was a good experience and we will most definitely return.

That View Though!!

Excellent stay. The view is everything! Clean. The pool is amazing. My only suggestion is upgrading the mattresses. Overall, we had the best time and would stay again!

Great view and nice condo

Puerto Penasco is one of the best places to go for a long weekend. Las palmas is one of the older developments but the upkeep is great, the pool is the best one for kids in the area and the location is excellent. I prefer this place over the newer “upscale” developments. This condo was great. Cold AC. Descent beds and furnishings. Awesome view.
