Great Experience, Beautiful Place

We had wonderful time. View from the window was amazing. My children loved the fact it was on the ground floor so they can just run out towards pool or beach. I loved the staff, restaurant on the grounds and in general how everything is maintained. It provided for a very relaxing vacation.

Clean nice service people especially the front desk. Decor getting a little dated but not a real problem was very comfortable.

Nice little Condo on the Beach....

It was nice and pretty clean. Location: ground level, right by the pool and the beach access. Would stay there again...

The unit location is prime

Appreciate the view, the proximity to the pool and the beach. Unit had just about everything we needed. I was sad to learn the washer was broken after we loaded a wash but the management team offered us another unit to allow us to use the washer. Overall nice stay. Also appreciated the onsite store when we left a few things at home. Appreciated the swim up bar and poolside service.

We were advised that at Sonora Sea the pools and jacuzzis would be closed until further notice. Casago quickly notified me and made arrangements to put us up in another resort that was available. I was happy that Casago took the time to make all our arrangements and make the change without any problems Thank You Casago and Staff for all your help.

Bugs! We saw three different types of bugs. Black small ants near the sink even though we had no food out and kept the area very tidy. Termites. The cabinet under the sink had a ton of what appear to be tiny termites. Maintenance also agrees they looked like termites. Spiders/Sun Spiders. I must have killed a few dozen tiny sun spiders. They would come out from the gap between the stove and adjoining cabinet. We stayed for 4 days. First two days I would simply kill then as I saw them. Theirs day, I emailed Casago and luckily they responded and sent a maintenance worker quickly. Only thing they could do is, spay the area with Raid and leave a bottle for me to use. Any stronger insecticides would have left a nasty smell in the unit. That I understand. Eventhough they were treated with raid, the bugs kept coming as before. That place needs some serious poisons.The unit is definitely older. Older decor and aged furnishings. I have stayed in other units in this resort and this one has been the worst one. Front door needs to be pushed hard for it to close, broken bathroom faucet cover, tub stopper was broken but was set aside so we could simply drop it in place. Someone must have recently loaded up the refrigerator with seafood because it stunk like seafood pretty bad. The box of baking soda they placed In there couldn’t handle it. There were multiple areas where the tile coming up the wall (base board) were broken. Screws missing from cabinet hinges. Ran out of characters………..

We love this property

This was the third time that my boyfriend and I have stayed at this condo we are already booked again for January and it is the only one I will stay at if it’s booked I look for a new date everything is always spectacular clean the only thing I noticed this time was there was only one washcloth that is the worst thing I could say but I absolutely love this property

Beautiful condo!

We could not have been happier with the property and grounds. Our condo was as presented and no issues. The only thing that was disappointing was the chairs and caution tape around the pool due to the unfortunate incident in the spa. We chose a ground floor condo and paid extra for the close proximity to that pool. If i had known I would not have paid more for the ground floor. That being said, we will be back.

The condo was nice with a beautiful view and the restaurant is very good. With that being said they are redoing the pool so there was very loud construction the whole time we were there. Before booking I’d make sure construction is done. Because it is on the ground floor the bedroom is close to the stairs. You can hear people all night and cars starting up. I’d suggest you bring a fan to drown out the noise.

Only issue I had was with the TV, the service would go in and out and it was doing an update for an entire day. I dont think that is anything the owner could have done. overall we were happy with the condo.

We made a list of all of the things wrong and gave it to the front desk-- Would not recommend staying there until all thngs are fixed-- Blinds on back door were broken and would not slide Laimp in living room broken, coffee table leg broken Door stop on front door would not stay up and it was very difficult to get in and out-- TV in bedroom does not work Patio door handle loose

The room we got was nice overall. However the property is looking a little run down, especially around the pools with concrete and plaster coming off. Also, the people staying there were inconsiderate and drunk A-holes. Our first night, we couldn’t sleep due to people yelling, screaming, and fighting. Plus furniture and other items being thrown off the balconies. It reminded me of a college spring break location but the people doing it were in their 30s and 40s. I wouldn’t stay at this location again. Nothing against the condo owner but the property was the issue.
