As we pulled up, the first thing we could not help but notice was a large portion of the ceramic tile was missing from the facia of the outdoor shower, and broken pieces were stacked on the outdoor grill area and in a window ledge (visible from inside). The rug just inside the door had a huge hole in it. The west arcadia door glass was only partially cleaned. The west bedroom was very dusty, particularly the ceiling fan, and at first the DVD player did not work, but a day later we discovered a loose cable. The outdoor patio was not at all inviting; barrel chair cushions were shredded, white plastic stack chairs were dirty, and the doormat had seen better days, much like the second patio table. Patio definitely could use comfortable chairs. Windows above the sofa had not been cleaned in quite a while; small red stack chairs were stored on the outside ledge, making it unsightly from the inside. Sofa had pet hair all over it. There was a large puddle of water on the floor near the end of the kitchen island; to find the source of the leak we removed a large plastic water jug inside the end cabinet. It was stuck to the bottom shelf and had a hole in it. Not knowing how long that jug and another one in the same cabinet had been there, we discarded both; we left sufficient individual bottles of water to replace them. Wi-Fi was a serious issue; we always expect some outage and slow speeds, but we virtually had no connectivity during our entire stay (even after rebooting the modem). We questioned whether the monthly usage had been maxed out prior to us arriving so late in the month. Many of the items remaining in the refrigerator were past their expiration date, so we removed them. Love the home!!...it was not as clean or well-maintained as it was when we were there last year.
