What makes this property unique
With a second floor condo …heat rises! The living room may be a little warm on the record hot days, but feel free to crank the A/c up and if necessary, use the ceiling fan.
The building is classified as historic as it is over 120 years old, but has been updated and continues to be as needed. Any squeaks or creaks you hear on the floor is only due to it being the actual original hardwood floor (which is actually pretty cool 😎 )!
Upon arriving, there will be a full guide to the entire condo printed out to orient guest to where everything is in the rooms (i.e., remotes, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc.).
