Newly Renovated March 2025!!! Roof top views of downtown Nashville and close to the heart of the action! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Full rooftop kitchen including grill and refrigerator! Tons of beds for plenty of sleeping options! Light, modern, and airy! Perfect for a fun getaway or business travel! Walk to the Gulch! Amazing rooftop!



The Space:

We love living in Nashville and are thrilled to have a modern, comfortable home for others to use while they enjoy and explore the city! My goal is to provide an amazing space that will make your trip to Nashville unforgettable!

The space is open and inviting, with lots of room to be comfortable. Our space is perfect for large groups. With full bathrooms in each bedroom there is plenty of room for a large to get ready for a night out on the town!

The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living space and bedrooms, large closets, and much more. The rooftop views offer a stunning vista of Nashville and you can see how close you are to all the action!

We have a 2 night minimum reservation and we require a Friday and Saturday night reservation on the weekends.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Other than a minor confusion right at the beginning of the stay with a wrong code to get in the door, everything went smoothly and our stay was comfortable! The location was perfect for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but was close proximity to all the fun things to do in Nashville. The home has all the amenities we needed as two families traveling with kids. We also brought our dog and it was nice that she was welcomed by the host and there was not an extra fee for pets. We loved the rooftop deck with fire pit, and the well appointed kitchen made preparing our meals easy and efficient. The neighbhood was safe and the park close by was great for our kids and our dog! The host was a great communicator and we were able to solve the issue with the door code very quickly. Would definitely stay with Nash Rentals again if ever in the area!

When we arrived the code we were given did not work, when we did get inside the house was not clean there were hairs in every shower and on the floor in bathrooms. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent so showering was horrible. Many broken fixtures throughout the house and windows were open when we arrived so the house was freezing. The beds were the worst we have ever slept on and we tried all of them, my wife and I met in the middle on the master bedroom because the mattress just sloped down in the middle

Location is 5 star. Communication is 3 star. Cleaniness is 1 star. Sinks and tubs clogged, leftover dirt from previous renters and dust visible thoughout. When I reached out to host, he dismissed my concern as high turnaround normality of the vicinity. I will not rent there again.

Perfect location from which to explore Nashville! Walking distance to the Gulch and an easy drive or Uber trip to downtown. The house is laid out to accommodate large groups, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the decor and the rooftop gathering space. Would definitely recommend for families or friends traveling together!

This place was perfect for a group of ladies in for the weekend! Everything looked just as the pictures. It was clean, very roomy, and the deck was amazing. I highly recommend this home as a rental for a large group. We had a blast and enjoyed every moment.

Overall great place, love the set up, our two families had lots of room. Comfy beds, bathrooms clean. There were just a few issues with the place that they didn’t get a chance to resolve because our stay was short. But they planned to fix the issues the next day, and so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or at another place managed by this group. Walked to the trolley stop for a tour of Nashville. Great location

Austin to Nashville

This home was perfect! The listing shows exactly how the home appears when you arrive!We had three couples and each couple had their own floor and space! We each had our own full bath!The rooftop deck was perfect for relaxing with an after Broadway adventures drink and a great fireplace.Due to weather conditions our flights were delayed and they very generously allowed us to stay a few hours longer. Communication was very timely and good.Location, location, location! Quick uber to broadway and all the little neighborhood restaurants!About a 20min drive the airport - suggest uber if you will be staying in the city. You won’t need a car with this location!Thank you again for a wonderful time in Nashville!
