Responsive host, location and amenities as described. Truly a luxury property. The cottage was perfect for us and our puppy. I loved the privacy of the whole place. There is a train that passes behind location at times but I found it a soothing background noise. Very clean and well maintained.

Great stand alone cottage. Clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen and the pool and patio area were fantastic. A number of very good restaurants nearby. A great weekend place and will definitely rent again in the future!

I would stay here again! Super clean and nice location. Good communication from the owner. Since we were traveling from out of state, it was nice to have bottled water when we arrived and coffee pods for the morning. Nice little addition to this stay.

Perfect little spot

The place was just as advertised. Great communication with the host and they responded quickly to requests. The only thing that would have made the stay better is if we couldve met prince and the rest of the doodles sooner. It was a great stay. Would stay again.

Surgery at Cypress Pointe hospital. Didn’t get to use any of the outside amenities but the house was so perfect. I hate hotels. The neighborhood was so nicely decorated for Christmas as I saw when I drove there every evening. Cottage was equippted with everything we could possibly have needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Very private location. I felt very comfortable and secure in the cottage by myself as a female. Will revisit in the future if available.

Sports Weekend

My daughter and I needed a place to stay near the university. This cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. The property is clean, safe, and beautiful. I did not have enough time to enjoy all of the relaxing ammenities....Maybe next year!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The backyard was the highlight with the pool, grilling area, games, and overall setup. The room was smaller than expected but very cute, comfortable, and extremely clean.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by other guests. We were not aware beforehand that the property and amenities were shared. We have no issue sharing a space as long as everyone is respectful.One group staying in the larger section was extremely loud, playing music until 1–2 AM, with constant talking and laughing. There were also minors loudly cussing. It appeared there were approximately 15–20 people gathered, and they completely took over the shared backyard area, making it difficult for us and the other guests to enjoy the pool and amenities.We spent most of our time inside while they were outside because we could not comfortably enjoy the space. Another family staying on the property warned us about their experience with the same group, including an altercation that nearly escalated.We did not contact the host during our stay because we were unsure what could realistically be done in the moment. However, clearer expectations regarding guest limits, visitors, and noise would help prevent future issues.The host was great and this is not a reflection of them. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not return.
