Host was excellent and the property was great.

That the property was "great" and you found us to be "excellent" hosts is exactly what we love to hear! So we thank you for this review. But we strive for perfection, which is why the almost 100 reviews across all platforms have been averaging 4.98. So 4 star reviews with glowing descriptions, while they are certainly positive, are absolutely not acceptable for us! We would have done whatever was required to achieve our usual 5 star review had we known what it was. David, if you honor us with another stay, we will go beyond even the "excellent" hosting of a "great" property that you experienced to make sure it is fully a 5 star visit in every way!

We were beyond overjoyed with the property. The pictures dont do it justice. We wanted for nothing. Communication was seamless and they even had brochures with ideas for excursions. There was a TV in every room. Including by the pool. I watched TV while I floated and while I relaxed in the hot tub. They supplied coffee, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up remover wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, extra toilet paper, Kleenex.... Jerry was very personable. Im in awe. I ja e definitely been staying at the wrong locations. I was so spoiled. I give them 5 stars.

"Great hits" are always something we love to hear about! It is wonderful to know that the game room was one of them. And we will be sure to tell our cleaning crew you noticed the hard work they do. The quiet is one of the reasons, along with the central location between Crystal River's manatees and all the Rainbow Springs fun, that we chose that location. We hope to welcome you back soon.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many little extras that made our vacation easier. We appreciated having coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and other essentials already available—it really felt like the hosts had thought of everything. The pool was definitely the highlight of the trip for our family. We spent hours out there every day, and having a TV by the pool was such a nice touch for our son, who loved being able to watch Disney while swimming and relaxing. The game table in the garage was also a huge hit and gave us another fun activity to enjoy together. The home was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you and your family had such a great stay. It means a lot that the stocked essentials (coffee pods, creamer, sugar, etc.) helped make your vacation easier. The pool being the highlight makes us so happy! We recently added a brand new 65" 4K TV by the pool, and we're glad your son loved watching Disney while swimming. We're also glad the game table in the garage was a hit and that the home felt clean and welcoming. We’d love to host you again anytime—please reach out directly for future dates! 😊

Can't say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay here (too brief of a stay). The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Where to start...it is so obvious that big thoughts and considerations have gone into this home!! From the amazing linens (seriously softest sheets and pillows and fluffy towels!), to the extremely well stocked kitchen (I spend most of my days in the the kitchen and I was lacking NOTHING!), to the very durable patio furniture, the clean pool, the fun amenities like the pool table and digital game table (HUGE hit with my family!) to the extremely great communication! The location is just lovely, rural enough to be peaceful but close enough to explore SO many great natural/state areas!!

We are blown away by your wonderful review! Thanks for noticing the extra we put into the comfortable linens and a well stocked Kitchen. It is great your family enjoyed the electronic game table that allows you to play so many of the greatest games ever. We wondered if it would be a hit because so few homes offer it, but reviews such as yours let us know adding it was a great decision that sets our home apart from others. Would love to welcome you and your family back!

Excellent home, clean, fun, and great location

We had a blast for 3 nights coming to check out the various springs. Everything was less than 30 mins away in any direction so we made day trips for scalloping, kayaking, snorkeling. The house was so fun to come back to after busy morning activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and the game room was my kids (and my) favorite room. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked the very scallops we caught that morning later for dinner. Highly recommend this house for location, amenities, and price.

Jennifer, of all the reviews we have received, yours is my absolute favorite! To hear you and your kids had a "blast" and took in so many of the fantastic fun things this area has to offer made my day... maybe my week! You going scalloping and then coming back to the house to cook them up for dinner was absolutely perfect! This is exactly what we envisioned and hoped for families to experience when we designed the house. Thanks for letting us share in the good times and please come again for more fun!

What a grand stay we had at this home. Simply wonderful. The home was well appointed and very nicely decorated. It had everything we wanted…and more. The back yard and pool were marvelous. We hope to stay again next summer, and it may become an annual trek for us to travel to and enjoy mid-Florida. Lastly, the owners were readily accessible for questions, and they were so kind. Bottom line, we highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. We are grateful we had the chance to do so.

Best springs vacation spot!

It was our first time visiting Rainbow Springs and I couldn't be more happy with staying at Silver Dollar Sanctuary. Location was perfect, not too far of a drive from the springs. The house decor and attention to detail made it feel so welcoming and immediately at home. We had everything we needed plus some! Not to mention the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the game room kept the kids (and adults) happy at night for hours. After a full day at the springs it was incredible to get to come back and relax at the pool and play in the game room. Our kids didn't want to leave! Matt and Jerry were wonderful hosts making sure everything was seamless and perfect. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here and hope to make it back again!

We’re thrilled that your first trip to Rainbow Springs was such a great experience — and even more so that Silver Dollar Sanctuary could be part of it! It means a lot to hear that the little details, comfy beds, game room, and relaxing pool made your stay feel like home. We loved hosting your family and would be so happy to welcome you back anytime. Until then, please tell the kids we are anxiously awaiting their return!
