Head to the beach and amble along the 3.5 miles of incredibly beautiful shoreline. Whatever you imagine your dream vacation to be, this is the perfect place to start!

The elevated floor plan ensures you have an expansive view stretching out to the Atlantic. Two bedrooms with en suite baths are on the first floor. The light and airy master bedroom has a king bed with sliding doors leading to the partially covered and/or uncovered deck. The tasteful furnishings include a 32" HDTV with Netflix. The en suite master bath has high end finishes with a walk in shower. Down the hall, the cheery guest bedroom has 2 XL full beds with an en suite bath and tub/shower.

Head upstairs to be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Sliding doors lead out to the upper screened porch where you will be amazed by the panoramic views. A table and chairs make it the perfect place for a little al fresco dining. The living room area has beautiful wood flooring, ceiling fan and 55" Smart TV with cable and Netflix. There is a dining area with comfortable seating for 6. A half bath is on this level and has been finished in calm, coastal tones.

Finally, the fabulous kitchen is well appointed with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, and stainless appliances. A convenient pass through ensures that the kitchen is open and integrated to the rest of the living area so that everyone is included in the fun.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club can be purchased . These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSVS PERMITTED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
