Venez séjourner au Beach Glass Cottage! Au bord d'un étang immaculé, entiÚrement rénové, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet au coeur de Hyannis. Vraiment l'idéal pour la famille et les amis. Le Beach Glass Cottage est à l'écart de l'action, mais à distance de marche de Main Street Hyannis qui propose des boutiques éclectiques, des restaurants, des bars, des glaces avec mini-golf et un délicieux carrousel. La tente Cape Cod Melody est également à quelques pas du cottage.
Ce charmant chalet comprend 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain entiÚrement rénovées et une cuisine ouverte toute neuve avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger formelle avec une grande table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, mÚne à un grand salon avec une télévision à écran plat murale au-dessus de la cheminée. Il y a beaucoup de siÚges confortables et de curseurs ouverts sur une grande terrasse donnant sur l'étang. Une véranda pittoresque se trouve au centre de la maison avec des bascules en osier et une causeuse en plumes, parfaite pour lire ou profiter du café du matin. Cette piÚce lumineuse et gaie sera sûrement le lieu de rassemblement aprÚs une journée bien remplie. Il y a aussi une grande cour latérale avec fosse en fer à cheval, pétanque et bad minton. Un cercle de chaises autour du foyer prÚs de l'étang complÚte la scÚne extérieure.

Les ferries pour Nantucket et Martha's Vinyard sont à quelques pas de Main Street. Les plages populaires de Craigville et Keyes Memorial Beach sont à 1,5 mile de distance, autocollant de plage inclus (pour un parking gratuit)! Assistez à un match de baseball mettant en vedette la Cape League, presque tous les soirs de la semaine dans différentes villes, toujours gratuit. Le Dennis Playhouse et le Cotuit Centre for the arts produisent des spectacles sur les coulisses de Broadway tout l'été pour des tarifs raisonnables. Vous ne pouvez absolument pas quitter le cap sans une expédition d'observation des baleines hors de Barnstable Harbor ou de Provincetown. Garanti de voir beaucoup de baleines! Host was prompt and helpful with questions and the one request we had. House was perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were plenty large and having the extra sitting room was great for people to have another room besides the den. Kitchen table sat everyone. Location was convenient. It was perfect for us.

Beach Glass Cottage is a charming and comfortable cottage in Barnstable, close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It is tucked into a residential neighborhood and is quiet. It has a picturesque view of a pond with comfortable chairs for hanging out on a deck and around a fire pit. Everything about the cottage was laid out for our comfort. Great beds, AC, TVs, washer/dryer. Kitchen is well stocked. Maureen and Brian are very responsive! We can't say enough great things about our visit and hope to be back. And thanks for the fantastic weather!

Most Charming Rental Property!

We loved everything from start to finish with this rental. It was exactly as the photos portrayed and possibly better! We had the privilege of enjoying the baby geese who came through the yard each day from the comfortable porch. This rental has everything you’re looking for and is so centrally located. I would def stay again if ever back in Cape Cod.

75 and over Cousins’ Spring Break

We enjoyed this stunning cottage so much last year that we booked it for this year too. Everything was on one floor
no stairs to climb. It was very tastefully furnished and decorated. Anything we needed for coffee and tea and to cook were there. It was perfect!

Relaxing winter getaway

Our stay was perfect! We loved the location. This was our first getaway since our baby was born in October. We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days with my visiting mom and sister. The kitchen had all the tools you need to cook a nice meal, there were lots of games, and the location was close to town and to some nice beaches.

Girls weekend

It was everything that was advertised. The decor was simple and clean and matched the style/vibe of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the inside and the outside of the house. Even though it was November and we couldn't have a fire in fire pit ( Massachusetts safety officials have a ban on outdoor fires right now) we enjoyed sitting outside bundled up for coffee in the morning and watching the sun set on the pond in the evening. So relaxing and beautiful. Perfect place to stay. Are already talking about renting again for a weekend in the spring.

Great Cape Cod Get Away Cottage

My sisters and I absolutely loved everything about this cute Cape Cod cottage! The decor was just our style and we all felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and there were lots of options for us to hang out and knit! The canvas bag Maureen left for us was a thoughtful welcome gift and we enjoyed the peppermint patties too!

Outstanding Cape Cod home

This home is far superior than any of the other homes I’ve rented through VRBO. First, the home is extremely clean and in pristine condition. We loved the charm and warmth of the home. The living room was comfortable and inviting with lots of Cape Cod beach dĂ©cor. The bedrooms were cozy and had more than ample blankets and pillows. And the kitchen was the best equipped and very organized, making it easy to find what we needed to prepare meals. There were little things, too, that were impressive to me, such as the little guest soaps, shampoo and body lotion in the bathrooms, giving me that B&B vibe. The owner also had a charging station available for various types of cell phones, ipads, computers, etc. Also, there was no expectation that we strip the beds upon leaving, making it clear that we were the owner’s guests. The owners of this home went above and beyond by giving their guests the best vacation experience!

Wonderful vacation

The Beach Glass Cottage was wonderful. We loved everything about it. It was immaculate and very cozy inside and the yard was perfect for relaxing and playing yard games. We loved to sit out on the deck and have our coffee as well. Maureen was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We made great memories here and I would love to come back some time.

Perfect getaway spot!

Great location and such a beautiful house! The Cape is loaded with things to do and this house is in a great spot to get to all Cape and island activities . Highly recommend! You truly don’t need to bring anything except clothes and toiletries. Everything is provided for you.

What an oasis!

We traveled with family for a week in the Cape and Nantucket and were so excited to see how remote and peaceful this area of town was. Not a lot of walkability but with a car or a bike (they provide) there were lots of great places to explore. Many little details that felt like we were in a boutique hotel. Would definitely go back!

Super clean home

I took my mother’s friends for a weekend getaway as a gift to my mother! They had a wonderful time and loved the home decor and cleanliness of the house. One issue that usually comes with lake houses is tiny flies that were every where outside the house, probably thousands of them! I cleaned my car twice and still find that flies a few days later. The inside was so nice to stay and free of bugs :)

Beautiful Beach Glass Cottage

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Everything at the cottage is "just right" - comfy beds and couch, dining table big enough for us all to share meals and board games, sun room for relaxing, and serene views over the pond. Everything is squeaky clean and perfectly welcoming!

I love this house

This Is our second time staying at Beach Glass Cottage. It’s such a comfortable little house. Has everything you could possibly need, close to everything in Hyannis. You’re in a neighborhood but actually very close to the beach, dining and shopping. I look forward to our our next visit.

Thanksgiving at the cottage

We had a wonderful time at Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen and Brian were excellent hosts- they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. There are so many thoughtful touches in each room to make for a very comfortable stay. The view out back of the pond is spectacular! The cottage is in a great location- close to anything you need, but feels like a really relaxing retreat. There are tons of games and books and an adorable sunroom with lots of beautiful plants! Just a lovely place to stay! Thank you Maureen and Brian for sharing your beautiful cottage and for a wonderful family Thanksgiving getaway- wish we could have stayed longer!

Home away from home

The house was very clean, quaint and cozy. It has a peaceful ambiance and it felt like home. It’s close to Main Street, the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. It’s in a perfect location and great neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this house.

Very happy with this lovely cottage

My three daughters and I choose a place each fall to meet for a Mother-Daughter weekend. Initially we thought we'd go to Martha's Vineyard for the day but decided against that. Really just wanted to hang out together. We might have hiked,but the weather on Saturday was very rainy. Shopped in Wellfleet and Chatham. lunch at the wonderful PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet. Don't miss it. The cottage is tastefully furnished, well equipped, comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints.

Pristine beach house

Must have been one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in--everything was sparkling, and very cozy. So many romantic Cape Cod touches in every room. Comfortable beds and furniture in both the great room and sun room. Deck was well appointed with perfect furnishings and view of lovely pond, and the very large yard afforded so much privacy and quiet. Location was perfect, very close to main street with great shopping and dining, and the harbor area with more great restaurants--Tugboats was our personal fave. All appliances seemed pretty new, we especially appreciated the ceiling fans--kitchen well appointed and it was nice to have the gorgeous dining room as well. Overall a 5-star property!
