We heard the reviews and upgraded both rooms with brand-new, lavish queen mattresses for your comfort!

Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. Please note this is on the second floor of the Three Seasons. There is no elevator, but there is a luggage lift that can be used to send your bags to the second floor.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Great all-around

Barring a few very minor issues that did not affect our trip, this unit did everything as advertised. Good sized rooms, great views (deer every morning) and close proximity to the resort. Honestly don't need more than this provided and we would definitely stay there again.

Great value!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is within walking distance to the lifts (under 10 minutes in shoes/ under15 or so in ski boots). The beds weren't the most comfortable, but otherwise we loved it. The bus stop is right across the street.

This 2 br condo had a shuttle that ran to the mt every 15 min. This made it easy to come home for lunch. The kitchen was nicely updated and furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I did reach out to the property managers before my stay to ask one question. I never heard back, which was a shame. Other than that it was quite nice.

The rooms are dark and quiet and we were easily able to make one of them work well for my 2 year old to sleep. Super easy access to the shuttle into town, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and everything was clean. The upstairs neighbors were noisy (band practice) but it didn't hamper our experience too much and of course nothing the owners can do about the neighbors.

The location of the property was perfect and they had an indoor pool/hot tub. The location is just up the hill from town. The condo was very clean and had a nice kitchen for cooking although it could use some new non stick pans. The condo had dim lighting and there was one lamp in the closet for the bedroom and it was broken. one of the bathroom tubs and sink didn't drain properly and the microwave wasn't working properly. One of the bedrooms had a very squeaky bed but the other bedroom was comfortable. I looked at reviews from a few years ago and some of the same problems were listed. I liked the place although I might not stay there again. I let the front desk management know and she wrote everything down and was vey nice.

We can on an exceptionally hot week, not cross ventilation in the condo since the front door opens to the interior of the building, a fan would of been nice, it did cool down later at night so it was tolerable but a fan would of helped, other than that it was great, oh, maybe some coffee filters, they had some coffee but no filters

Our kids loved the game room. (You did have to go get ping pong paddles and pools sticks from the front desk. It would have been nice if those were already available in the game room or if each condo had a set in their room....especially since the front desk closes early in the evening.)We enjoyed all the hiking around CB and there were many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

We started in one of the bedrooms and that bed makes the worst creeking sounds with the slightest of movements. We switched beds and the other one has a mattress that probably is $50 and 20+ years old. It slopes to the middle and sucks you in like a black hole. Good sleep is so important, especially while on vacation. Please make upgrades to these two beds.

I asked for a first floor as I am handicap. Use cane to walk. With the short notice of making the reservation. I did not hear back from the manager about my request for a first floor. Once I checked in I was told I was on the second floor. There was no elevator to use. With better communication I would have been able to make other arrangements.

Overall our stay was Ok. We were there for a Ski Race so spent most of the time on the mountain. The location is great and price is right for what you get. This location reminds me of a older hotel that has been converted to Condos. As you had two entrances both of which entered into bedrooms. Room temperatures were hard to manage and the bed sheets are an extremely cheap version of hotel sheets. Paper products are the cheapest you can buy so be prepared to use a lot. Soaps and shampoos are the smallest we've ever seen... thankfully we had our own. I don't fault the owners for the property.. it is fine for what it is... but the management company needs some work.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo, there are just a few things that would make this a 5/5. - although not specific to the unit, no elevators when lugging a ton of ski gear is not ideal, the carpets and halls are very dirty/old. - we checked in late and wanted to get an early morning skiing so we just cleaned it ourselves but there were hairballs / globs of hair in a few corners from previous guests. - dish soap provided but no scrubber or tool to clean any of the dishes by hand. - no oven mits or pot holders for taking things out of the oven. - one of the bathroom toilets was clogged or not flushing correctly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would have been tight with 4 (3 women stayed for our trip). The location and shuttle service was great. With a few slight adjustments we would give 5/5 and regardless, would stay again for the value and location.

Good location • Tough room access • Strange interior common space

We stayed here during a mountain biking weekend with some friends. The first impression of the interior common space was very stuffy, outdated and a bit claustrophobic. This is two-unit condo, and you enter via the bedrooms (each with their own passcode on the keylock). That made the bedrooms nice and dark for sleeping but very stuffy, because the windows "opened" onto the interior 3-story common space which was like an enclosed motel with 3 levels of room doors facing a large carpeted area. (There is a pool and hot tub by the office in this space.) The biggest challenge with this condo is that even though they have community bike racks inside the building and a bike wash outside, the racks were so crowded that leaving our expensive bikes there just didn't feel like a safe bet, even with burly locks. We ended up using a tow rope to hoist the bikes over the second-story railing onto the balcony, because we were not allowed to bring the bikes up to the room inside and through the room itself (it was newly remodeled). Overall, the kitchen has every amenity and the balcony area was great. I recommend this place if you aren't faced with bringing a lot of gear in. Good for families -- one room has a double bunk bed and the other has a double bed too.
