Beautifully renovated home with large outdoor entertainment space including a large heated salt water pool, hot tub, heat lamp, dining and lounging seating with mountain views. Inside is bright and open with a fabulous kitchen with a large island open to living and dining rooms. There is a primary en suite with a King bed sliding glass doors opening to hot tub and pool. There is an office/bedroom with queen pull out. A third bedroom with a full bed with an attached en suite with walk in shower. Living and dining area open to outdoor living space. A fully equipped kitchen. Counter seating for four open to dining area which seats 8. Cable TV and high speed internet. 60 inch TV. Ideal for a family vacation. We are centrally located to all Los Angeles attractions. Within an easy drive to Disneyland, beaches and 6 Flags Magic Mountain.

Any reservation must be reserved and paid for at least 5 days in advance of reservation. There are no same day reservations possible.

Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. See amenities for details.

Had a fabulous stay visiting family in the area. Location was great and the home was even better than photos- which sold us to begin with. Well stocked kitchen and pool was perfect to wind down after a full and hot LA day. Hope to return in future!

We planned our family trip around my son's graduation from Caltech and this beautifully renovated home made all the difference in our experience. Thoughtfully appointed, artistically designed - every needed item and conveniece was thought of with quality in mind. The kitchen was especially appreciated and a gathering place for us all before enjoying the pool and hot tub for hours on end. We had an absolutely delightful stay in a beautiful home. Don't delay. Wonderful Home in Pasadena!

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay in Pasadena. The location was perfect for the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, and we had easy access to the highway to travel around LA. The amenities and supplies in the house were top notch and made for very comfortable evenings after longs days. The pool and hot tub were excellent and we used them every day despite some chillier temperatures. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very helpful in giving us some local tips.

The best house I have ever rented!

I travel quite a bit and have rented many homes over the years. This house by far is the best I have stayed. They treat this house as not a rental but as if they lived in it. What I mean by that is the towels, appliances, kitchen is stocked with really nice, high quality items. Many rental owners chose cheap stuff which creates a difference experience. Even the towels for the patio furniture was great. The owners take great care of this property and were wonderful to work with. I will definitely be renting this home again soon.

This property was more than we expected. A home away from home. Beautiful location, all the comforts of home and more. Every possible kitchen tool available and clean. The pool was such a great way to end the day. Absolutely no complaints.

Very nice house and location, but read the fine print.

The house was clean and modern with every amenity he would possibly need. The host is responsive to any needs you may have. The air conditioner stopped working and within four hours they had a maintenance man out there and it was working again. The pool is great and the neighborhood is also really good if you have kids. You can walk everywhere. There are three really good parks within walking distance. A lot of good hiking trails within driving distance and downtown Sierra Madre is about 2 miles away, which I walked to every morning for coffee. But, do read the fine print. Maybe they have changed the posting, but when I booked the listing the fee for heating the pool and spa was buried pretty deeply and I was surprised to find out that to heat the pool and the spa was going to be an extra $120 a day. We stayed for five weeks, so I was able to negotiate a lower price, which was still a big surprise. Always make sure you ask if there are any extra fees associated with the property.

The home is better then what the pictures show. It was very clean, the pool provided great fun for the kids and the location was perfect. Everything you could need or want was no more then a 10 minute drive. This will be our go to location whenever we need a place to stay in Pasadena. Thanks so much for such a wonderful time.

Fantastic home in convenient location

I love staying at Dawn’s house. This is our home away from home when visiting our daughter at college. In addition to the wonderful pool, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to whip up a feast. Just a treasure of a place!

Great house and location for a family trip!

Amazing house location for a trip with young kids, right across the street from a park with swings and small play area. My husband and I would trade off taking our 2 year old to the park in the morning and let the rest of the fam sleep in :) And it's a quick drive to anything else you might need (a Target, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, even more parks for the kids!, etc.) The pool and hot tub got a lot of use on our trip. (Be sure to check the additional cost to heat them per day, because we missed that and it caught us by surprise). But we decided it was worth it and the kids had a lot of fun. One thing I would note is there are a lot of nice things in the home (artwork and decor, which is lovely!) so we did need to move some things out of reach of little hands just to be safe :) The house is very well stocked and had everything we needed, including a high chair and pack-n-play crib. The kitchen is a dream and connects to the dining and living which was great for keeping an eye on little ones and enjoying some cooking at the same time. We're looking forward to booking this home for future trips!

Fantastic stay in Pasadena

We booked this amazing home for a long weekend to attend a family wedding in Pasadena with our 91-year old father. What a gorgeous, luxurious property - a perfect place to have a family get away. The pool and hot tub were a particular hit with all. Check in was a breeze, and Kari checked in with us throughout the weekend to make sure our stay was exceptional. Cannot rate this stay high enough! Hope to come back!

Simply perfect.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home away from home for our family vacation. Kari and her family have truly thought of everything to make this place feel welcoming and comfortable. The house was supplied and stocked with everything we needed to cook the occasional meal and clean clothes. The kids adored the pool and hot tub, and the hummingbirds visits to the flowering shrubs behind it each day were really special. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Couldn't have been happier. A Visit Home, After 5 Years

Staying at this Pasadena home was a dream. An absolute dream! Dawn and Kari were fantastic hosts and were so welcoming. The home was like stepping into an episode of Mad Men or Marvelous Mrs Maisel. Everything was so classy and Kari’s art was the ultimate finishing touch. After 5 years away, our girl’s weekend was complete with some fun beside the pool and hot tub. Thank you Kari and Dawn!

Excellent property!

Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Spacious kitchen. We spent lots of time in the pool and spa. This home is a great place to relax and spend time. It is also a great location for many activities in the area.

My husband and I spent most of our adult life on Long Island, NY. We then moved full time to our summer home in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and began a seasonal business. We have grown daughters with children on the east and west coasts of the US. We have enjoyed traveling cross country since the girls were children and on our own many times since.

We purchased this home to be close to our West Coast family and grandchildren. It gives us close access to family and sunshine and warmth.

Our home is situated with a lovely view of the mountains. We are located along the Eaton Canyon Wash which acts as a scenic buffer in the back of the property giving us a long range view of trees and mountains. Enjoy outdoor living from our large backyard. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The Eaton Canyon trailhead is just up the road as is the nearby Eaton Canyon Park Golf Course. Multiple mountain trail heads are in the area.
