Wake up to the soothing sound of waves on the ocean from the Master Bedroom Suite complete with a king size bed, full size private bathroom, vanity area and multiple closets. Once you're awake you can venture out to the balcony to sit with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the ocean. After breakfast enjoy a nice leisurely walk along the beach where you can visit the famous Cocoa Beach Pier 3 blocks to the north or the world renowned Ron Jons Surf Shop 6 blocks to the south. After enjoying the beach and the sand you can come back to the condo to enjoy the solitude of our year round heated pool surrounded with a resort feeling landscape.

Our unit also features two additional guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom with a queen size bed and another with two twin size beds. There is another full size bathroom for guests and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Our outside wraparound deck has sun all day and features views of the ocean and the Banana River. There is a huge storage closet at the end of the outside deck which houses multiple beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrellas, a table with chairs, and lounge chairs.

Our unit also has a dedicated parking spot as well as additional spots for guests.

A snowbird paradise

Upon arrival in early January, we found ample parking using our pre-printed parking permit. The condominium complex itself had a classy 70’s flair and was very well maintained. The key accessed heated pool was quiet, warm, and very nice for afternoon sun. The nearby community room (with restroom) was great for games, cards and for the Mark’s 50th anniversary celebration. The complex, with 5 floors and only 40 units, was perfect size and all our neighbors were very friendly. We entered the 5th floor unit via keyless entry and found everything in order as described. The unit was nicely decorated with a great beach vibe. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The southern beach views were great with a huge wrap around balcony complete with a very nice and sturdy table and chairs. The WIFI signal was good and cable TV had plenty of channels to watch. Everything you needed to enjoy a day at the beach was provided. At the end of the day there were outdoor hoses to get rid of the sand and/or wash your car. We could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunsets over the river in the evening. You could see the cruise ships at the port off in the distance. Rocket launches were easy to see and hear from the beach. The beach itself was great and not to busy. The condo is about ½ way between the pier to the north and the public park access to the south with easy over the dune direct access to the beach. Surf fishing was very good including the catch of Redfish, Snook, Shark, Stingray, Black Drum, Bluefish, Whiting (southern kingfish), Permit, Pompano and even crabs. The condo location was wonderful. Far enough away to not have the nightlife noise, but close enough to walk to if you wanted to partake. There were many restaurants, bars, and stores that you could walk to. A short drive away you could visit downtown Cocoa beach or Historic Cocoa across the rivers. There was a nearby trolley/bus line that could also extend your reach without a vehicle. An airport shuttle provided nearby service (about $50/rt) if you flew to the area. Communication with the owner was easy, prompt, and pleasant. We experienced no major problems while we were there and truly enjoyed our 82 night stay. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

This beautiful condo has everything my wife and I were looking for in our search for the perfect beach vacation.It is located approximately a quarter mile south of the cocoa beach pier and a quarter mile north of the famous outdoor beach bar called Sandbars.We could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go by street or beach.Owners Mike and Terry have outfitted this condo with everything you could possibly need and were very helpful in answering any questions we had.Their view of the ocean from the large wrap around deck is spectacular and provided many great happy hours for us after a long day spent on beautiful Cocoa beach.Their are many great restaurants and bars that you can walk to from this condo.And if you get sick of the beach, there is a great pool to relax by.We are hoping on staying here for many years to come.

The Mark Penthouse Condo

We just came back from an awesome two-month vacation at this condo. Everything is as described in the website and Mike, the owner, was very helpful. Tenants are very friendly. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner condo on the fifth floor with a wraparound balcony, which provides sun all day long. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people on the beach and also saw some dolphins. There are plenty of linens. In the kitchen, it is fully stocked – two blenders, mini food processor, regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, teapot, crockpot, very nice non-stick pots and pans, stoneware dishes, picnic dishes, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, and so much more, in addition to a pantry right off the kitchen. I just loved the vanity area in the master bedroom. It was nice to have the laundry room right in the condo. The building also has grocery carts in a room on the ground floor for your groceries or your luggage – a big help! Cocoa Beach Pier was only 3 blocks away and we would walk to the pier for lunch (their Pier Burger was great) or walk out on the pier (there is a $2 charge to walk out on the pier where many fish, but, if you eat at the restaurant, save your receipt and you do not have to pay). We also walked to the pier from the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. Some of our favorites were: Brano’s Italian Grill (nothing is fried), Nolan’s Irish Pub (owner came to our table and greeted us, hubby had shepherd’s pie and I had the shepherd’s pie wrap - very delicious and they have many events going on), Florida Seafood – wonderful, Pita in Paradise – our first time trying a gyro. In addition to the many stores in the Cocoa Beach area, there is the Merritt Square Mall a few miles away – we liked the Nature’s Table food in the mall. The area is lovely. We took many walks on the beach or right outside the condo in the residential area. There is also a lane for bicycles on the street, which many took advantage of. Cape Canaveral is just a few miles down the street. We like the area at the Cove – restaurants, watching the pelicans or the fishing boats coming in with their catches. You can also see the cruise lines leaving the Cape Canaveral area. We also attended the Key Lime Festival at the area beside the Cove. We just loved the condo and the surrounding area.

Michael and Theresa Lyons purchased this unit in 2014 as a year round vacation get away and a prelude to retirement. We both live and grew up on Long Island along with our two adult children.

We wanted to wake up to hear the ocean waves. It's a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and if it's a little excitement we desire we're minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier which has restaurants, bars and also a Tiki Bar out on the pier. We're also minutes from the world famous Ron Jons Surf Shop where you can learn to surf, rent a paddle board or a bicycle or just shop. When we walked into the unit the first thing we saw down the long widening hallway was the Ocean through the sliding glass door in the Living Room Den area. Right then we knew this was it, then we saw Master Bedroom which features a king size bed with a direct view of the ocean. It also features a sliding glass door to the outside deck where we can sit outside, have our morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The Master Bedroom also features it's own private bathroom as well as it's own vanity area and an incredible amount of closet space. It had two other bedrooms for our adult son and daughter to come and enjoy with us as well.

The view walking into the unit was breathtaking when we first saw it. We have the beach, a heated pool and a tremendous wraparound outside deck where we can see the sunrise on the ocean in the morning and sunset on the river in the afternoon.
