Perfect for family

We really enjoyed our stay so close to the beach and convenient although the weather was not ideal we still enjoyed the outdoors and the close proximity to shopping and restaurants

Overall everything was great. The only problem we had we came in late an had trouble finding your property. The address was sending us all around the property. Except to the right place! We tried two different locations before we got the right one. Don’t know why the address sends you to a different location..

The view is spectacular and we go up each morning to watch the sunrise. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. We used the beach chairs and umbrella. The chairs were a little old and could only use 3. I would have given a 5 but the day we arrived on Christmas, we went to take a shower in the master bath, and the pipe leaked through the ceiling light. Management was responsive and apologized and the next day I had to call again in the afternoon as no one had come by. Once facilities came we just decided to use the other bathroom to shower. It didn't take away our experience as we were out of the room more than in the unit. Again, management was very reliable and responsive. We would stay here again and had a wonderful sunny week!

Great location, quiet, clean. Rooms on second story makes it better meanwhile kids are playing on the first floor.

second time using this unit

We like the unit. It works great for our family. Ocean view, close to the pier. It also has a pool. The only two things that can be improve would be the carpet and another queen/full bed in one of the rooms instead of 4 tween beds. We will rent again.

Room enough for 8 (4 adults 4 kids). Beach access was great! Condo was clean. Only down fall the pool closed at 9.

Beach vacation

We loved the location of the condo. Honestly from the outside I was worried about what the inside was going to look like. When we entered I was pleasantly surprised. The only problem we encountered was the door lock. We all had a difficult time getting the door to unlock. The place seemed very safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Typical beach condo rental - unit is dated, well worn and 1 bdrm was very musty. What you're paying for is a terrific view. Positives were newish beach gear, stacked w&d and it's steps away from the pool. Comms from mgt co. were great. Note there isn't a dishwasher - not a problem for us but could be an issue for a larger group.

Great property

We stayed here in the past. There were a few outlets not working, light bulbs burnt out and would love a king sized bed in the master rather than a queen. Overall though, it was great! We have been coming to Cocoa Beach Club for over 35 years and we will be back.

Beautiful view and location, updates needed.

The location was good. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. Very nice pool. The unit definitely needs to be updated, carpet to be replaced, larger dressers needed to put clothes away, twin beds are very small. If staying with teenage boys who are part of a larger group, you may want to think twice about staying here since it appears that they prefer adults. Lots of rules and it seems that the building manager is always watching.

Amazing accommodations!!!

The condo was nice for the price we paid! Definitely could use having the carpet removed due to the sand! The accommodations that was listed was met, however 3 of the beach chairs was broken! The location right on the beach next to the pier was awesome! Besides the 2 complaints listed above we would recommend this unit! Having all the extra beds for the kids was a huge plus!!

My stay

Check in time was 3:00. The condo was not done being cleaned until 4:00 so we had to wait an hour to check in but checkout was 10. Doesn’t seem quite right for me to have to wait and still be out at the time stated. The condo was not cleaned very well. I had to go through the entire house and vacuum everything. Dust all over the vents and the ceiling. Just was not what we expected. Pool rules were a bit extreme. You couldn’t even have a bottle of water next to the pool. It had to be sitting on the table. No night swimming, which would have been preferred since the pool was like bath water during the day and so hot it was far from refreshing. Location was great. That’s about all.
