¡Escapada espaciosa recientemente renovada con vista al mar!

¡Este es un hallazgo raro! Acabamos de terminar de renovar el condominio para hacer de su estadía unas vacaciones espectacularmente lujosas. Pusimos nuevas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos Whirlpool, pisos de madera y baldosas, baños, hermosos muebles nuevos, telas de alta gama para ropa de cama, colchones de espuma viscoelástica, obras de arte, equipos de playa y más. Excelentes vistas del océano, al lado del muelle de Cocoa Beach, a poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas, piscina frente al océano, excelentes comodidades, ¡todo lo que necesita es su traje de baño! ¡Nos encantaría recibirte a ti, a tus amigos y amigos!

¡Bienvenido a Cocoa Beach! Nuestro lujoso condominio (en el segundo piso) está bien equipado con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños con vista al mar y una ubicación insuperable. ¡La unidad está a tiro de piedra del mundialmente famoso Cocoa Beach Pier, donde hay una variedad de actividades para todas las edades!

Cocoa Beach Towers es uno de los pocos edificios con piscina frente al mar para que pueda nadar y disfrutar de una excelente vista del muelle y el océano. Además, hay un jardín delantero con un área de putting green y asientos que es perfecto para ver lanzamientos de cohetes, puestas de sol o simplemente tomar el sol. El balcón ofrece una vista increíble del océano.

Aunque la lista dice "sin reembolso", entendemos que surgen cosas. Si tiene que cancelar su reserva y nos notifica al menos 30 días antes del check in o antes, no le cobraremos la segunda mitad del pago.

"Professional - Courteous - Responsive" can't say enough great things about Happy Palm Stays. Both Amber and Zareh made our trip and 8 day stay with a group of 7 feel like a 5 star resort. The heated pool, easy access to the beach, extra's for unit, tennis and pickleball made this Christmas trip so much fun for everyone. I highly recommend this property/unit and the management company (Happy Palm Stays) was amazing. We plan to book for next Thanksgiving or Christmas!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and had all the beach items we needed. We enjoyed the location and walked to dinner at the Pier and other restaurants. We even played tennis on the courts with the tennis racquets provided in our closet. I contacted the host to ask for more blankets for my kids and were delivered two more that day a thank you! We had a wonderful trip and hope to return soon.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay ver much, the property was nice and had most of what we needed. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards etc to use at the beach. Condo was clean and had a nice starter supply of soaps and things. The owners were easy to get ahold of and great at communicating. Close to many activities and the beach was great and not super busy. Pool was big but way too warm!

Great spot. Only flaw is the pull out couch doesnt pull out. We managed, but cant beat the location. Communication was great. Condo was great. Loved it.

Great Location in Cocoa Beach

We had a great stay at this property. It's right on the beach, and it conveniently has beach equipment for use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). It's also conveniently located to shops and restaurants in town. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We would 100% stay here again.

Family Holiday

The apartment is just as advertised and in a prime position, a few steps from the beach and pier, and close to many wonderful restaurants. Communication with the property company was excellent, always quickly answering questions, and provided lots of information regarding things to do and places to visit in the area. The apartment is well equipped, and has lots of beach equipment. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs, and was a great place to relax for a few hours. Many thanks to Zareh for all the help wit( the rental.

Clean, beautiful Cocoa Beach condo!

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers #29! The unit was exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean, simply and beautifully decorated. The small balcony was a perfect place for early morning reading and our 1.5yo loved playing out there. Very short walk to the pool and beach. The pool was super clean, warm, and rarely very busy. Our host checked in with us multiple times and was extremely responsive when I asked a question about the checkout process. Our party included 4 adults and three children ages 7, 5, and 1.5. There are no toys in the apt so if you are traveling with children I do recommend bringing some with you or renting via Babyquip which is what we did. We also rented a beach wagon to transport all of our gear, and are glad we did so. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Perfect location and amazing property

This was exactly what we were looking for! Steps away from a beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We were only down for a couple days, but would love to come back and stay at this place again! Everything was new, clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable and there was an ample supply of towels and chairs for the beach. The host was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. Thank you!!

Spacious!

Smooth arrival process, great communication, traveled with my family (mom, brother in law, 2 year old, 15 and 18 year old) place was big enough for all of us! Publix super close, exactly 1 hour away from Disney, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, we will definitely be back. We bought a sponge, but they have a dishwasher, had enough toilet paper and paper towels, no need to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash they have some here! Highly recommend!

Beach trip

We loved our stay. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus a sponge). We loved how short the walk was to the beach. then heading to the pool later on in the day. It might have been the time we chose to take our vacation but often we were alone in the pool, or there was only one or two other people. The location is great. Walking distance to the pier and other bars and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. We had one issue during our stay, and management followed up quickly and resolved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome week vacation

Very nice house! Everything is close. The beach, Publix grocery and restaurants are walking distance. We had some problems with the stove and Zareh was very fast answering me back and sending a technician to fix it. We are very happy with our stay.

Very Good stay

Clean condo , adequately stocked kitchen, good linens and towels. Close to pier. Seems to be managed well . Second floor condo farthest from the beach doesn’t give a great view of ocean but that was shown in photos so we knew that going in. Still heard the waves. Would recommend. Thank you.

Amazing unit

We were down in Cocoa Beach for the Worlds USSSA Slow Pitch softball tournament. The condo was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of room for the number of people in our room. Close to all the amenities we were wanting to be close to.

Location location location!

The condo itself is nice and roomy. The decorations have that cool retro feel. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nicely updated. The best part about it is the location though. Short walk from beach to pier. Close but not too close. Private gated access to beach is a plus. Keeps the crowd down. Hosing/showering. area coming from the beach has the best setup I’ve ever seen. Made cleaning up from the beach a breeze. Pool is huge! I definitely stay again! Nothing bad to say at all!
