Very nice peaceful 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet part of New Haven, close to Yale University and sone nice food shops on Temple Street. The bathroom was extremely clean; the kitchen was well organized and cozy, very similar to a French Parisian apartment. Marc the Host was welcoming and always ready to answer any question.

This was my second time staying at this great penthouse with a drop-dead deck view of the the Yale Sterling Library tower and local church towers. The small kitchen is quite serviceable, and the bathroom is bright, with a large modern shower. Both bedrooms are comfortable, and the living area is as well. The host is very generous, with coffee, tea and other staples provided. Convenient to all Yale schools/colleges, with plenty of dining options nearby.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in this well appointed property. The location was perfect to enjoy walking to highlights in East Rock and Yale University. We enjoyed dining, museums, mornings and evenings on the patio. The apartment is quiet and upgraded with everything we needed. The owner Marc was very responsive and made an extra effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit leaving snacks, beverages, and even fresh flowers which enhanced our enjoyment of this rental unit. The convenient parking space was also a nice plus. Looking forward to another visit soon!

One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. It is a hike up those outdoor back stairs to the top, but great location, reserved parking space, stocked with snacks, great communication, very comfortable space. Would definitely stay again.

Super cute and clean. Beds were comfy. Stairs were a lot if you have an issue with stairs but otherwise, fine. Great location to explore New Haven 👍🏻

Kathleen, So glad that you enjoyed your stay and you found the beds "comfy"! I always make great effort to make the space comfortable, with nice amenities, great that you appreciate them! Sorry about the stairs, it is a bit of a climb to the top floor, but at the same time if offers a wonderful vista of the city and Yale from the terrace! Best, Marc

My friends and I stayed at Marc's place for a long-weekend during our reunion and had a great time. The location was perfect for accessing events on the campus while giving us a bit more privacy for relaxing. Marc was incredibly communicative and even left drinks/snacks for us at the place. Also the place is very cute and the beds are so comfy! Will definitely come back when in New Haven.

Excellent stay!

We had a great experience staying at the penthouse. We traveled from California and it was the best place to walk into after a long day of travel — clean, warm, and homey. Marc provided helpful directions that made checking in and out a breeze. The penthouse is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the Yale campus. Highly recommend!
