Gil was great, quick to respond, made sure we had everything we needed, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Kitchen was stocked well with everything to meal prep, and new bathrooms and appliances were a plus. Highly recommend! Thank you!

A Pleasant Stay in Salem, NH!

The home was neatly organized, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The linens were comfy, the towels were big and soft, lots of comfortable and hospitable choices made by the owners. Check in was easy and communication was good. Thank you so much!!

The inside of the house was very clean and communication was prompt. The kitchen is the best feature because its all brand new. I have to be fair to renters as well as owners: Remember, it's an old farmhouse so watch your head upstairs and the backyard is not child friendly. With all things considered, including furnishings, its 25% overpriced compared to other comparable homes

Amazing Host

The host was very communicative up to the day we checked in. Anytime there was a question I had the response was quick. The house was equipped with everyday necessities even laundry detergent which was very nice. I feel like everything was very considerate. The house was very lovely and it was in a great location.

quick trip

We stayed at this house dir a quick trip into Boston fir a show at Berkeley. It was easy to get to. Right off the highway. Clean and looks like the pictures. The only thing was that a half a cake was left in the frig. No biggie as we had little groceries. Would definitely stay there again we little to put it.

Gil was a great host, responsive, gave great feedback and let us checkin early after a long drive from Maryland.There were a few things that werent so great. The house was on a main road at a major intersection and not set back, so traffic with cars, trucks and motorcycles at all hours. The AC was window units that barely covered the noise. It is close to the mall and Tuscan Village but couldnt walk there, no sidewalks on main busy roads.If you like hard firm beds, you are set but they were hard and the pillows flat. There were weeds around the firepit kinda backyard messy. The cushions on the deck chairs and by the ring were dirty and smelled of mold. The grills were in need of attention so didnt use them and probably the worst was it smelled of floral ant spray strongly for the first 4 days, had to open windows, get a candle and put airfreshers everywhere.It may be newer, working out kinks, but things to take into consideration especially with small children.

Thank you for the feedback and for noting the early check‑in. We actually offer different mattress firmness in each room as well as pillows so guests can choose what suits them best. Regarding the backyard: we accommodated your check‑in 3 hours earlier than our listed time. Yard service was scheduled for that afternoon, so the area hadn’t been tidied yet as I didn't want the landscapers working while you and your family were there. If you would have reached out to me about it being an issue I would have handled it within the hour. The same goes for the cushions and grills; we’ve since replaced/cleaned the cushions and serviced the grills. On the scent: the home was not fumigated before your stay. What you noticed was likely our cleaning products, used right before your early arrival; with normal turnover time, those scents dissipate. As for location and traffic, our listing notes the home sits near a main road, which may include road noise at times but we've never had a complaint about noise being unbearable or loud. We’re always happy to make things right during a stay—a quick message is all it takes, and we’ll jump on it. We appreciate the positives you shared and the chance to improve for future guests
