This location is a gem! We had a beautiful, snowy stay with views of Pine trees and deer.Every window has an amazing view. With four rooms having king beds, it was perfect for our growing adult family. We watched several movies on the projector screen and the sound was great!If the house wasn’t great enough, it’s also close to the charming downtown with shops/bars/restaurants. The property manager was quick to reply and very helpful We will absolutely be staying here again!

My friends and I love our stay at this house. We were three families with 6 kids among us ranging from 1 to 6 years old. The house is in exceptional condition with every amenity you would want; having en suite bathrooms for every bedroom was a nice touch. Plenty to do nearby, but the house is so comfortable, we were happy to stay put for a day. The host is incredibly responsive as well, which was a nice plus even though we didn't run into any issues.

This gorgeously built and designed property was the perfect home base for all of the adventures we had planned in the Fennville, Saugatuck, Douglas & Holland area. Incredible home that offered everything we wanted and more. The pool and hot tub added so much fun. The 5 bedrooms had comfortable beds, and each had an adjacent bathroom which was wonderful. Family Reunion

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our family of 13 felt completely at home and this spacious house has numerous things to recommend it. The pool is great and we used it every day. The house is well furnished and the kitchen is roomy and well supplied. The basement theater is large, and comfortable. Easy and quick access to Douglas, Saugatuck, and Holland plus close proximity to fruit orchards. The landscaping is great. The owner’s communication is exceptional and he is very prompt when responding to inquiries. We not only recommend the property, but we will come back again.

This house has a nice layout and is equipped with everything a family needs. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was great. The kitchen is fully equipped with loads of dinnerware, pots and pans, glassware, and utensils. Everything we needed, they had! Lots of towels—both bathroom and pool/beach. Sound system and Theater Room are a great addition. Pool/hot tub area gave us hours of fun. Downstairs bar was well equipped. Loved the very large gas grill. Location is off the beaten path yet very close to grocery stores, beaches, local activities. Bob (our host) was very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. Would definitely return!!

New Year Getaway

We loved everything about this house. We gather with friends each year to ring in the new year together. This was by far the best property we’ve experienced with our group of 10. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom. The high end finishes, appliances, and furnishings throughout the house made our stay extra enjoyable. The lower level theater space with projector and giant screen and bar was perfect for watching movies together and counting down into the new year. the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals together. The property is secluded and private but just a short drive into nearby Douglas and Saugatuck. All in all, it was a fantastic property for our stay.
