Recently Built High-end House in Heart of Downtown

Built just 8 years ago, this modern townhouse is very spacious and features 9-foot ceilings! This comfortable, clean, and high-end home does not disappoint! Within walking distance are all popular shops, restaurants, and nightlife, including the Mary Brown's Centre, which is just a 3-minute walk away! Guests have access to 3 off-street parking spaces - a rare find for downtown. Enjoy staying in the historic downtown area in a newly built home.

As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the best way to reach us is calling.

Guests will have full access to the house.

The spacious living room features high ceilings and a comfortable large sectional sofa. Also conveniently located on the main floor is a half bathroom and laundry room. The open-concept kitchen and dining area features a large sit up island and opens up to the 1st of 2 decks, which guests can enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite! Great for couples, coworkers, etc., who are traveling together. The master ensuite features a beautifully tiled shower and the second ensuite has a shower-tub combo. The primary bedroom has a second deck, perfect for having morning coffee or enjoying the evening!

Beautifully renovated!

This home is immaculate and well equipped. So nice to come back to after our adventures. Love the big living room sofa and bed was super comfy. 2 hour round trip walk/hike to Signal Hill for those that are up for it. Short walk to George Street. Great location!

The property was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We could have used some kitchen items such as ziploc bags, tinfoil and basic spices, along with perhaps a corkscrew (we borrowed one from the neighbour). But all in all, a terrific stay. Would highly recommend.

Short notice stay

The property was perfect for our family of three. Finding a king bed with a parking space felt like looking for a unicorn, but this property had both! Was not an issue for us at all, but visitors should know that the property does have a lot of stairs (up one level to the living area/kitchen, and up two levels to the bedrooms). We were in St. John’s during a snow storm, and the property managers made sure we were dug out and able to get to the funeral we were in town for. Would stay here again!

House was as expected.l and as advertised. Really liked the location and how clean the home was. The washer and dryer worked but sound as though they are on their last legs. Suggest putting the washer and dryer next to each and levelling. Towel racks in the washrooms would be helpful. Found the owner was not very responsive. Would have been helpful to have a book or expectations regarding recycling,Garbage and expectation for when leaving the home ie: sheets, towels etc. Overall though we loved our stay and the home.
